Hi, how to change the currency? like the default store currency is jpy and if the product cost is 1$ and in import settings i use jpy as currency than in the front end the currency shows as 1 jpy but it should have been 111 jpy after currency conversion. how to do it?
Hello, if you change the currency before importing, then aliexpress will give product prices in selected currency. The conversion should be done automatically on aliexpress side. Please send s ticket to our support center, we’ll check this thing on your server. Thanks.

Ok, sorry but in the “Settings” I can’t see the email field. I can only see the mobile number, but it give me an error because the “+30” international prefix must be in the country code instead of +1 (look my screenshot above)

1) We added phone code as separate field in the settings 2) To fix problem with State you need to allow all countries in Woocommerce settings.
These changes will be available in new release, we send it to the codecanyon now.

Hello, I am using Savoy theme & WooCommerce Variation Swatches and Photos plugin. Before installing your plugin the Variation Swatches and Photos plugin works perfectly. When I click on variation thumbnail the gallery image will also change. After installing your plugin the swatches thumbnail would not change the gallery image when variation thumbnail is clicked. I uninstalled your plugin and the swatches plugin would still not change the gallery image when variation thumbnail is clicked. Swatches plugin is as useful for me as your plugin please advise a fix. thanks
if you uninstalled our plugin and issue is keeping, then i guess the problem not related with our plugin.
Regarding the promotional period; before I buy this plugin, you should advise us what your subscription fees will cost in the future. Can you tell us now exactly what you will charge? Hello, this depends on what server load will be caused by all clients and what is price to maintain this system. During promo-period we check the system and measure its load. Hi Support Thank you for sending me the update I have installed it but I still have issues the product will not Import into import List it always remains empty not matter weather I use the Search or the or Url – ID the product just will not import.
By the way I had this problem and various others even before the and was hoping update would solve it but has not I think this needs to be looked at urgently.
I cannot test the plugin any further since I am not able to add product

Why do you need screenshots what is that going to prove its like 1+1=2 The update version Envarto sent me is 1.0.4. The version you have displayed is version 1.1.0 Simple check it out your end no need for screen shots. Its is dysfunctional. That’s it.

just two quick question sir,
1) after importing with price markup, does the price overwrite during sync – what we have set when ali express seller changes price? if it does adjust to ali express seller changed prices- is there any way to have it not adjust.
2) Do i have to use the price markup setting or can i manually change prices of items without them getting overwritten before importingHello, yes new release includs the feature to “prevent product’s price from adjusting while auto-update”. You can find this option in the Import List page on the backend. Hope it helps you

yes, we though about it. But the Aliexpress Sellers set such names (captions) for their variations. Therefore you see numbers.
