We have shifted our website to a new domain, please tell me how can I reset my license so that Ali2Woo plugin is workable on new domain name? ?

Hello, the plugin isn’t working since 1.24.3, and yes I know my support is expired. I have multiple keys with you and NONE is working. We can’t import products by either the plugin itself (add Product ID or URL), or with the Chrome Extension 2.0, yes the new one installed manually. It always gives the same error: Import Failed: Undefined. Please promptly emit a fix for that. Thank you

We used “external image urls” in setting. But when we generate product feed for google, image url is something like “https://XXX.com/wp-content/uploads/https://ae01.alicdn.com/kf/HTB1tDbknv9TBuNjy0Fcq6zeiFXaP.jpg” that is wrong. Can help to fix? Thanks.

There is a problem with your plugin, It has been working all this while without issues until i updated to your recent update and now you have caused me issues on my website.

The Options for

1. Add shipping cost to product price.

2. Add shipping cost first and then apply the price rules.

This options doesn’t work any more, i have been using it for some time without any issues and now your most recent update has spoil my website. What do we do about this because i intentionally don’t download update immediately they are released, i wait for some time before i update and now this has broken my website.

I thought you check them before publish. Please if possible fix them.
