if my issue is not solved by 3pm tomorrow i will raise a dispute (3pm is exactly 24 hours since opening my ticket) , I apologize for my bluntness but i have opened over 4 support tickets since purchasing with over 24 hours waiting for your response to each support ticket opened = i spent 4 days waiting for your response in total. on top of that when i respond to your response via ticket – you do not reply….please RESPOND AND HELP TICKET #95. I chose your plugin over many others that are more established and do the same tasks yours do. i do not have time to take my established business and put it on hold/pause for over a week (since purchasing your plugin). i need to accomplish the things i need to do (with your plugin) or i will be forced to look elsewhere

Hello, you need to set your Aliexpress Affiliate Key in the plugin’s settings, then when using order fulfillment feature you can place the order through your affiliate link and take a bonus.

is it possible to have color names or pictures in the dropdown for colors and NOT numbers, at the moment i have products with 16 color variations, and the dropdown show only number 1-16. if no have names, this plugin cannot be used.

no, product variations feature is built into to the plugin. You can look at the demo how variations look on the frontend.

The max. count will depend on your subscription. Sure we keep one free subcription for biginners and will make several paid ones for professional use. Paid subscriptions are nececcery to get stable working of service because of big amount of clients who use the plugin. This is common practice for all similar plugins in the web. Thanks.

Hi, 1.Still cannot add my API and Tracking ID dose not seem to save. 2.Reviews do not download. 3.Login details on the extension do not work well most often fail. 4.When importing by URL or Discription there is no message to let you know that it has imported it to the list. 5.When deleting unwanted images some of the Attributes are also deleted thus the functionality via woo commerce do not display properly on the single page shop. 6.Yes and as said above the colour selection for deleting images is hardly visible and hard to uncheck them. Chrome Extension works like a charm but I see following bugs
1- In import list if I delete entire description & push product it still shows AliExpress product description on store front.
2- All checked images should appear in gallery but I only see 5 images including featured image. Checked images should not appear in product description area the way AliExpress product display page shows images.
3- In Pricing Rules tab I have entered 99 in “Assign Cents” both fields but still I don’t see the effect on front end. The price shown is straight multiplier of my set calculation method & not taking assign cents values.
4- If a product is on sale on AliExpress the imported product should import both prices, was & now both and should have both prices on my store but in my store I only see the current sale price converted according to my method.
5- Once product is in import list I see “Price” & “Compared At Price” amount both same, it should show two different prices based on my multiplier set rules & take Price as current AliExpress “Sale Price” & Compared At Price as normal price. Or in other words Price should be “Now” price & compared at price “Was” price.
In Ali2Woo image tab there should be an option to select the featured image & select the images for gallery.
Current image select/unselect option only changes colour from light green to light grey, when you select/unselect image you can’t even tell if its selected/unselected as highlighted colours green/grey are pretty light. Instead there should be a tick & cross icons should appear.

1) Open your Chrome Extension Settings page 2) Fill out the form on that page (your website url, backend login and pass) 3) Press “Save” button. 4) After that new popup appears with the result of checking your website authentication details 5) If popup has successful checking status, just reload Aliexpress catalogue page and you are done.

Ok So i got this to work, but I realized that there are no settings to “not” import product description and description photos. Also, by deleting the description at the import list page, it still shows up on the product detail page on the shop.
Also, at the settings page for price markup, the discount price should be based on percentages. The multiplier doesn’t make much sense there. Thanks.
1) Yes, you need delete the description at the Import List page and then it shouldn’t be loaded to the woo product. Are you sure you remove the description before importing? 2) As for the 2nd question (price markup), we’ll add (to the codecanyon item description) the instruction how to set up your murkups.
