The plugin adds special markup to testimonials HTML which Google should detect when indexing, so yes it’s only on testimonials page.

Is there a pagination feature? Just bought this…. looking for it and nada… just an infinite number of testimonials…...
Example: Grid View / 1 Row = 1 Comment Per Area and stacked on top. There should be an (Amount) you wish to show on a page then once that amount is met it creates either a simple pagination (much like this site does)... or the arrow (like yours does in certain templates).... Let me know if this is going to be a future option….. Once you have that… THIS is plugin is on fire…

I have a tours website for tourists.
Can I make a general submission form with a dropdown where the customer can select the tour they went to and rate it?
Also can I have different grids for each tour in particular so people can see the reviews separately for each tour? And also have submision forms for each activity?
Can I display de category (the type of tour) on the review itself?

Unfortunately, it’s impossible to add dropdown into submission form. Here’s the list of fields available

You can’t have different grids and multiple submission form within one group of testimonials. You’ll have to create separate groups to have different grids and forms. And unfortunately it’s impossible to display the category on the review itself. But please note that you can use filters for grouping reviews within one group of testimonials. E.g.

Unfortunately, categories used for filters can’t be added by clients via submission form, but you can add them later via plugin’s dashboard.

Do you have the ability to display a certain amount of text or lines and then a “read more” link that will expand it to display the rest so really long testimonials don’t take up a ton of space in a grid layout?

Unfortunately, this option is not available. You can display short reviews at the page using short review field in testimonial settings.

1. Public interface testimony submission form supports star rating only.
2. You can use shortcodes to display rating similar to “Average rating based on 190 reviews” http://testimonial.looks-awesome.com/demo/summary/ only.
3. The plugin doesn’t create page or post, but it creates new testimonial with the name of the author and other author’s data in testimonials dashboard.
4. You won’t see testimonials instead of ads. You can insert shorcode for specific group of testimonials into specific ad’s page.

1. I haven’t found how to change font size of testimonial text. 2. I bought this plugin for it’s schema.org markup. If I don’t enter something for the “Category” field under “edit testimonial” I get an error with the Google Structured Data Test Tool for “Review”. However, if I add something to that field my review get’s marked up as a “product review” instead of a “service review”. This is a big problem for SEO. Hello! I love this plugin, I just have one question. In the grid layout, if the testimonials have varying lengths, is it possible to have the second testimonial in one column appear right after the first one? Hi, can this be used for product reviews in woocommerce? I really want a plugin like “Loox” on shopify – but for wordpress. Yours is the only one i’ve found that is similar in style but seems to lack the function for reviews on individuals products.
Maybe you can tweak it or create a new version that does this; I’m sure a lot of stores would LOVE to see it done since WP reviews are so ugly!

You can use Excited! — Testimonials plugin with Woocommerce, but you’ll have to manually add shortcodes for displaying testimonials, rating summary and submission form into product’s page. They’ll be displayed under product description, not at reviews tab. And you’ll have to hide woocommerce product reviews tab at product pages, e.g. by using CSS rules.
We’ll consider extending functionality of Excited! — Testimonials plugin for Woocommerce, but it can’t be done quickly. Thank you for sharing your ideas.

I have a few questions about the SUMMARY SETTINGS.
If I do not want an image, I see a placeholder head image. Where can I set different styles for this? For example, I would disable the background and frame. Is this all about the CSS function? Further question about the shortcodes. Can further variable adjustments be made in the shortcodes?
A general question. Would not it be practical to duplicate a group block? I need 70 groups with the same settings. Currently I have to make a new setting in each group.

Could you please post the link to your testimonials page and point at the placeholder appearance of which you’d like to change?
Shortcodes in this plugin are used to insert groups of testimonials or summaries or forms for submitting testimonials only. They’re not used for adjustments. All the adjustments are available at “Testimonials/Edit group”. Some styling can be added via CSS. You can also use BUILDER to set appearance of specific fields, e.g. name, photo, testimonial text etc. To get access to these settings please hover the field and click on the blue button.
