Hallo, I am writing to the support since days and no one is answering. I bought your product and the assistance. Please answer.

Since I’m not getting answers through the support tickets, I will write here my questions, so that the answers (if I will get them) will be maybe useful also for others:

- in the iphone 5s with safari, the ‘to do + calculator’ windows (opened from the right-top menu) is totally not fitting the screen and once you finally hardly succeeded to fill the fields, you cannot close the window. Is this normal?

- When someone is Creating a new account, he/she will see the message ‘Your account is submitted to site. You can login after account is approved. A notification email will be sent to your email after approval.’. Where do I receive the notification that he/she created a new account, so that I can send him/her the mentioned ‘approval notification’?

- Is it possible to write messages (in the private messaging page) between two ‘admin’ persons? It looks like not, but maybe I am wrong?

- I go in the ‘accounting’ sector, but then I don’t understand how to create an invoice, can you please help me and explain how it works?

- SMTP setting: is DISABLE , then I turn it into ENABLE, I fill the fields and I click on the ‘update button’ and he goes back showing the DISABLE status. Is this normal?

Client Payment – When a client makes a payment, nothing shows up in payment history for clients and nothing shows up in Payment history on the admin. When I try to Print the Invoice, it’s either disappear from the screen or prints the invoice blank. Nothing shows in reports for payment I am not able to save SMTP settings, each time I select enable and I type the settings and click save it goes back to disabled.

If all these features work as was promised in the promotional video then this will be a great script, but as it is there are too many faults and I deperately need these fixed. I need your help resolving this as soon as possible.

I am so happy that I came across this pm solution however, I am willing to use it as wordpress plugin and since you already have a wp plugin version (35$)

I accessed its demo link and discovered unfortunately that it lacks lots lots of features and functionalities like this php version, I need to purchase it right now only after a confirmation from you that wp plugin version also exactly the same as this one but the live demo is not updated.

For stock section i’m interested to be able to add different components for my final products with different unit measures like : linear meters , pieces , sets , square meters. Do you intend to implement estimation function?

Very much interested in buying your script. Some presale questions:

1. Can we do reporting by staff? I mean to say to check on how many projects they have worked in a particular month, what was the status, milestones achieved etc.

2. If we assign staff to a particular project or task, How do I track meaning how does the progress bars work? Do I have to create milestones for that?

3. Do we have a email notification stating to the staff that you have been put in this task or project?

4. Do we have a filemanager included in this thing so that client can add documents and super admin can download it or could get a notification.

Please let me know as this are useful points which will cover your software as a whole.

I am not able to save smtp settings in the crm. After enabling it, I filled in all the columns and when I click on the update button it gves me a message “Data Updated” The screen refreshes and goes back to disabled option. Why is it doing that??
