Hi,
I’m loving the plugin theme so far and the support provided.
However, i’m having a problem with the product images: when someone adds a product to their cart and views it the product thumbnail image does not show. Also, I’m having the same problem where the images does not show on the sidebars.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi Thibyan,
Open a ticket at support.aa-team.com and we will look at your website.
Best regards
Looks like product variations are no longer importing with the latest update.
They are. If you have issues with it, open a ticket at support.aa-team.com
typical variations like shade of makeup colors are no longer being imported as options. you have to upload each ASIN individually
It’s been a week and about 4 tickets later my thumbnails still aren’t working. I know it’s the plugin because I’ve tried other themes, deactivating plugins, resizing etc. etc. My site is based on football so if I don’t get a solution in the next few days I’m just getting a refund. Can’t miss out on draft day when there’s money to be made. Sucks because that’s the only thing wrong but who is going to buy merch when they go to their cart and they can’t see any pics? NOBODY. That’s who.
Oh and just to let your support know, it’s not the caching. I’ve reset my browser like 2626678959836265 times.
hi iamges from amazom are slowing my site down a lot is there anything to be done
Hi barratts,
Use the remote images feature.
Best regards
please can you point be in the direction for the remote image feature
Sure, WooZone -> Amazon Config -> Plugin Setup -> Remote amazon images (Yes) -> Save settings.
It was is already selected YES
I am trying to find an answer to a problem I have with the plugin, when I import goods with variables and go to the item, I cannot choose any of the options, it shows all the different colours but wont let me choose one. The same thing as well on the default sorting button.
Hi Create10,
Open a ticket so we can take a look and see why you have this issue. Also make sure that you theme is updated and that it works with WooCommerce 3.
Best regards
Hi Okay will send a ticket I am using KIngdom theme and I assume it works with woocommerce 3 as this theme is the one recommended .
@JHoldgate Sounds like you may have a bot hitting your site. Will run the page hits up real fast and slow your site down at the same time which then causes anyone who wants to search your site to get frustrated and closes it out. Install a good bot blocker plugin and you will probably see your hits drop dramatically.
I have over 6000 product views and absolutely 0 sales! How is that possible?? I was so excited to finally be able to buy this plugin and am liking everything about it so far except the end detail which is the most important…making money by making sales! I have over 200 products and I’m wanting to add more but if I’m gonna have to go back and edit everything, I’d like to see if something can be fixed. On top of that, Amazon only shows about 100 TOTAL clicks..how is this also possible?? I literally do not understand. Maybe it’s just me but it seems that there is absolutely NO actual connection/internal communication going on between Amazon associates & woocommerce! Getting VERY VERY frustrated and mad!!
Hi there,
I understand that the ‘Available in country’ feature is based off the ASIN code for the product, but sometimes WooZone is unable to find the same product but on a different countries’ site – is there anyway of adding multiple ASIN codes for the different country version instead of having two product pages for 1 product?
Hi AuXDubz,
We are using the Amazon API so if the ASIN code is not the same unfortunately you can not do that.
Best regards
I can’t get the plug-in to work at all…Keeps saying when I check the keys, cannot connect to amazon with API key pair and I’ve tried everything..even creating new keys…I’m thinking this update has everything messed up?
Hi angelpants,
It’s not the update. Make sure you generate the right keys: http://eliasyork.com/tutorials/setup-woozone-amazon-aws-keys/
Best regards
Hi AA-Team We opened a ticket and are now waiting for more than 24hours for a response. How long does it normaly takes for getting a response?
Best regards
Hi wiwari,
It depends on how many tickets we have, if it’s weekend or not, is there a holiday, etc. That is why we have at the top of the comments page you can see the message: This author’s response time can be up to 10 business days.
Best regards
There is still bug left in a woozone plugin. If you go to plugin settings and select the buy button global text and change it for example to “visit amazon” then text on the button only changes on the individual product page. Other pages like front page or category page still show “buy now” text on the button. That’s a big bug that I don’t know how to fix myself.
Hi wpguy2011,
It doesn’t look like you have purchased this plugin.
Best regards
this incredible. You don’t reply your customer. you plugin is no working well, and i am very surprise you have a lot of good review. My support is expired is mean i cannot have answers ? But i saw a lot of people ask and have no answers, so why i have to renew support because you dont care your customer
@reggsenterprises thanks for the reply. i asked amazon this is the reply, i wish AA team can share some light on this. he least thing i want to happen and see is my amazon account being banned because i uses some thumbnail and gallery and images import to it.

@reggsenterprises That’s hilarious. I started out a couple of years ago as a marketer for companies both on salary and on contract. I started collecting domains I knew would get hits simply from direct traffic so I could really expand. I guess I felt that without having tchnology-deficient bosses in the way, I could get a lot more done by myself. It just seems to me that up until half a year ago, you would have to download some really unheard of, third party plugin to have a site completely break down on you. Now, every time I add or delete a plugin I have to say prayers to three different saints that something’s not going to break. I don’t understand why wordpress doesn’t allow paid plugins or at least updates in their own plugin library. It’s probably a licensing issue or they don’t want to have to reconfigure everything, but I think they’re going to find that their odd attitude of micro managing certain aspects and allowing others to just completely go off on their own tangent will affect their business, especially because a lot of business owners have a lot more to worry about than their damn wordpress site. I am definitely keeping woozone for now and am just going to work on other sites until something gets fixed. It’s a very exciting plugin and it’s exciting to see the industry evolving so rapidly; hopefully it will perform its own checks and balances naturally. Then again, I, too, have only 1 wish left in my genie lamp
@jaclynthies I hate to say it but this is all too typical of these types of website/wordpress plugins and themes. WooZone is 1 of 2 major players in this arena and in my opinion, even with MAJOR headaches and frustration, they accomplish the most. Unfortunately, they are also very server intensive. I won’t dare scare anyone off by saying how much I must spend each year but at one time I thought I was crazy to push that button to upgrade. Even times now I look back and say “why”? Short of a total rewrite of the plugin, you get band-aides each time a change is made and yes, many times a change to fix one thing causes a problem with another then fixing that one causes a problem with something else. Nature of the business. I am now in my 14th year and with what little hair is left, most is gray. Thanks to these types of plugins. Try and stick with WooZone. It is good. We just have to learn to live with and work around its faults and limitations but we also do that with WordPress, WooCommerce and many others too. I am praying that somehow, the unnanounced major changes to WooCommerce are a blessing and somehow all this will make WooZone perfect in the end. Yes, I do also dream of winning the lottery.
@reggsenterprises I’m waiting to hear back from woozone about thumbnails not working. In reply, I was sent the newest version of woozone, however, I didn’t purchase woozone until that update was out anyway (i think the date on it was the eighth). I read a bit about the woozone update and it seems like that may have screwed stuff up. How long does it typically take to get an update like that rolled out, in your opinion? I’ve looked at other Amazon plugins and they don’t seem to have near the capabilities of this one. I’m just getting super frustrated, not with AA or Wordpress or Woocommerce but ALL of it. I’ve been working with wordpress sites for three years now and it seems like the constant updates are completely screwing stuff up, which is unfortunate because I love the flexibility that wordpress provides and I’ve been a huge proponent of wordpress for a while now. It just seems to me like they’re rolling out updates without keeping the totality of their users, especially those who are looking to form careers, in mind, and those users are typically the ones most affected by these changes. Ugh. /End rant.
@Cam169dotcom Sounds like you may be communicating with someone who really doesn’t understand all the guidelines there. I have heard many come back with some real strange answers from them. We can wait for AA support to chime in here but external is fine.
hi there, may i know is there a way to make the thumbnail of the product image once clicked go to amazon ? and also check it out button go to amazon directly pls?
@reggsenterprises thanks for the advice. but as far as i know, even using external images also violate TOS. which confirmed with amazon via email.
@Cam169dotcom We were told the same by both AA-support and by Amazon and also searching other comments. We have since began only using external images and not downloading.
hi, if import product image upon import, does it violate TOS? i asked amazon and they replied that we cannot use thier image unless API? and downloading and import to our server is not using api right?
The plugin is using the images from the API yes. The images are not downloaded to your server they are hosted on the Amazon servers.
