You can go to Accommodation>Settings>General>Booking Confirmation and set Confirmation Mode – ‘By admin manually’. Thus you are able to process all the orders manually. Please email us if you have any additional question about plugin configuration.

This is great i am checking the back end demo. Do you have a documentation also? 1. When i click on view details is better to open on new tab so i dont have to enter again the dates for booking.

2. Where you state that i have to agree with terms prior booking can i put a link to them?(Solved found it at the back demo)

3. Accommodation types can i use my own builder and not default wordpress? If not can i use some id to a post or page that i have made the accommodation type like i want to show? I have made a new accommodation type but it shows only availability and not the search or option to book. Am i missing something? Also is it possible to show on demand the calendar, rates and search form with a shortcode?

4. Do you offer some some small css customization? (Look at the pictures) Like fix a little the search form? (I couldn't find the class to change it). I would like to offer it with a child theme like the photo example but make your plugin to fit.

5. Is there the option for the children to customize it? Like children >5 years old? Or to specify somewhere that kids younger than 5 years old dont pay extra for example. In general is it possible to customize the description for the fields?

1. You can override templates of plugin in order to change content output as well as links. Also there are actions and filters used.

2. Yes, you can set terms text in plugin settings ‘Terms & Conditions’. It is HTML text so you can put link for page with your terms.

3. Accommodation type outputs content which is added to standard content filed of custom post type – so you can use builder. After that there are blocks of price, details, calendar and form. There is shortcode of booking form [mphb_availability] which can be used at any page for booking certain ‘room’. And shortcode [mphb_rates] allows to show all the prices for selected ‘room’.

4. We do not offer customization offers. But there are CSS classes available for almost all HTML elements to style the theme. As I’ve said you can modify styles by overriding templates or using actions and filters. You can email us describing what class you can not find and we’ll try to assist you with it.

5. Currently there is no option to set description of child age in the plugin. You can indicate it at your website pages.

6. Meta data of the post that can be seen at “accommodation custom post type” page is output by your theme. In order to modify the template of this page you should copy single.php file, rename it to single-room-type.php and remove output of meta data. Hotel Booking plugin is compatible with WPML as we developed and tested it with WPML plugin initially.

7. Visitor can pay whole payment; deposit in percents or in fixed sum. Most likely you have set deposit in percents. The rest of payment can be added within Manual Payment. Thus you’ll have two payments for single booking/order – one with card and another one – added manually. If you check payments by booking the system will show all payments related to certain booking ID.
