Hi Do you have a demo of these plugins I can take a look at please?
Sorry I don’t have it for now
I saw on the feauture of this plugin Ability to limit number of shipments per day, can i limit number of shipments per hour too???
Unfortunately there’s no option to do that
Can this plugin be used to select a pickup date instead of shipping date? I need something for items that I do not ship, yet I let people order online in advance for in store pickup at their convenience.
Yes, you can change the text label on the field to let people know it’s a “pickup date”, not “delivery date”.
Hi,
If I set up 2 days for delivery and weekends without delivery what in situation when user order on friday? User will can check delivery date on monday? or on wednesday (2 days for delivery + 2 weekend days when there is no delivery) ?
It depends on do you disable weekends. If you disable, then it will be delivered on Wed, otherwise, on Mon
Great! So me or my customer will buy your plugin
Thanks!
Hi, im using a WooCommerce Point of Sale and i need insert in this plugin the field to my employee can set the date to delivery. How i insert?
Please follow this guide to output the selected field: http://fitwp.com/docs/woocommerce-delivery-time/#display-time-picker-field-in-other-pages-than-checkout
Hi there, this is great plugin.
But can it do this:
1) if current time is 11 a.m. a user cant order the product for 8 a.m. the same day. 2) To create product it takes 7 hours, so the time slots need to be shown 7 hours ahead, is this possible?
Thank you! Quick response would help a lot.
Hi, unfortunately it’s not possible to restrict by time depending on the current time. The plugin only have a restriction for max/min hours.
Dear i have a problem since the last update of woocommerce 2.6.14 the plugin does’nt works, when i select required and save the case is already not checked and i cannot change option what can be the problem ?
thank’s
Can you send me the admin account to check?
Hi i have purchased both plugins, but still can’t do what i need, “restrict by hours”, please advise because rifht now i have duplicate options with no solution, i dont see any examples in the documentation to restrict by hours
Hi, you just need to select max hour and min hour in the plugin settings page. Then the customers have to select the delivery time within that range.
can you gime me an example
Just set something like this: http://prntscr.com/dtnbyy
i think what i need are date ranges, for example: i dont want shipping from January 23 to 26 2017 from 8am to 4pm, i was thinking in something like this: “01/23/* – 01/26/* – 08:00 – 16:00” , i need this kind of example, date and time restriction, i cant make it work, you said in the manual i can resgtrict by hours
just to let you know, we need to setup different times and dates for a week cycle, thanks
I think it’s not supported for now. You can enable the date range, but the max/min hours are applied for all dates.
Can I set this in every product page?
This is used to set deliver time for order, not for each product.
Can I set this in every product page?
Hi, Can I ask two questions?
1. Can I restrict the delivery day for example : Tuesday and Thursday?
2. If today is a delivery day and the order is made earlier than 12am, customer and select today as a delivery day, but if order is made later than 12am, customer have to select another day except today.
Are these two functions included?
Kind regards, Kan
Hi Kan,
1. It’s totally possible.
2. Currently it’s not. The rule is applied for all the time.
Hi!
Disable for shipping method doesn’t work (using woocommerce 2.6). Is there a way to fix it? It’s important, i would like to hide the delivery time field if customer is choosing local pickup. Can you help me?
Maybe put some custom code into theme functions.php?
Best Regards, zobor
Hi Zobor,
Let me check that again. WooCommerce updated quite fast and there are many APIs change. I will update the plugin when it’s done.
It shows the last update was in July but the changelog down below shows an old version? Does the current version allow you to disable the time? I only want to be able to choose a date and in your older versions you could NOT disable the time. thanks!
Hi, I haven’t updated the changelog
. But yes, you can disable the time.
I’d like to buy this plugin, one question though: Does the delivery time selected by the customer get sent to the WooCommerce REST API? Our warehouse management system needs this data.
Unfortunately, it’s not supported yet.
Hello, is it possible to set different “Disable shipping in the next …” field for two products categories?
Hi, the plugin works for ORDERS, not per products. Each orders can have many products
. So there’s no way to change the text for specific categories.
Hi there, is it possible to include the chosen time/date in the customer’s confirmation receipt? Do I need to purchase support again to achieve this feature?
Hi,
Currently, it’s not available yet in the plugin. But I will implement that soon. You need to renew your license to download the newer version.
Thanks Anh
Happy to do so – when is the update with this feature likely to be released? Thanks
I have the plugin and unfortunately, the pickup time is not appearing at all after the calender? I need to delivery time in my site and it is a must. That is the only reason i paid for the plugin. Can you help?
Hi,
I don’t see you puchased the plugin. Would you mind sending me the purchase code (privately via the Support tab)?
Thanks
Anh
This plugin is not working for me. It’s supposed to be getting the time zone from the users machine but it’s actually getting UTC time. This mean for 10 hours a day from 12am to 10am AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) customers can purchase products with the same day delivery which we can not fulfil. Is a solution going to be provided for this?
Hi, I have been looking into this problem and looks like it’s a bug from the date/time JavaScript library. Unfortunately, we don’t have a fix for this yet.
Do you have a time line for this fix as you’re currently selling a product that doesn’t work correctly. Or at least it does work but only for one time zone (UTC) which isn’t suitable.
I will try to fix and release a new version next week. I’ll try my best to fix it.
Thanks for your patience.
Hi! I would like to buy your plugin. In my store are orders already placed, but shipping will be started only in november (80 orders i have). After installing this plugin, is there a way to add shipping date to that orders by customer or admin? Can the admin change the shipping date? Can the customer change the shipping date after order is placed (for example: they place on order now, choose nov.10, but in october they want to change the choosen shipping date for example nov 20.)
Hi,
Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t support adding shipping date manually. So admins and users can’t change the shipping date.
Anh
Hi, thx the answer, but i noticed, in admin, order detail view, if you change the shipping date, you can save it. I would like to do this on my account page, order detail, i try to make it myself, what i need is a save button with a custom hook, don’t know how to do this.
For the future, i suggest you to implement the function to change the shipping date by the user, because it could happen that he/she choose a wrong date or for any other reason want to change it. It would be a very useful function, i think.
Best Regards.
Hi Zabor,
Thanks for the suggestion. Yes, it’s a good feature to add. I will think more about that and will try to put it in the next version.

- Can you create multiple deliveries or/dates for the same order?
- Is it possible to see delivery availability before checkout? In case a day is not available.
- Is there a calendar of deliveries on the back end that can be printed?
Thanks for your help.
Hi,
1 – Unfortunately, no. We follow the logic that each order has 1 delivery time only.
2 – Yes, it’s possible. You can output the date picker in any page template you want.
3 – The delivery date is listed in the order details. We haven’t made the calendar yet.
Let me know if you have any question.
