I submitted through your support page and want to make sure you read it as my official BS Envato support is over.

Nothing with the plugins functionality, but registration just spits out an error code when i try to register Mailster since upgrading from My mail. This, I would think, would be covered.

cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received or it tells me the registration number is used by another person. WTF

You mention that the feature of a woocommerce follow up email could be custom coded. Were you suggesting that you could custom code this? If so please let me know, this is something my client is looking for and will pay for. There’s currently little demand on such a feature. If you use WooCommerce you can start with this add on.

Wow, that’s surprising since the marketing potential is great with that type of function.

I do see that you have action hooks built in now. I don’t know if they were there when the original question was asked several months ago. With that being the case and since woocommerce has many action hooks (link below) I guess I would be best served to find someone that knows how to implement the action hooks with your plugin. Do you know of anyone that can do this or can you do this type of custom implementation?

I am not sure if this is the same problem with conflicting user meta custom field like last time. Auto Responder – 1 day before – a specific user time – of the users (Birthday) value is sending to everyone instead of just specified birthday.

Is it possible subscribe to several autoresponders with one email address?

1. When a user subscribed to another list, system give him an error (email address already exists) 2. And what happen with a user who unsubscribed from a list (autoresponder) and then he want to sign up again. There is the same error.

So if someone wants to subscribe to two lists or want to send an autoresponder again, he need to be totaly deleted?

Hello, two questions:

1) I have a campaign with 1000 subscribers. If I send the emails with gmail which has 24h limit to 500 mails, will mailster send only the first 500 or it will continue with the rest of mails after 24h has passed?

2) Is it possible to create autoresponder for subscribers that has not opened their email?

Also a bug: When creating a campaign, on the bottom of the template if I delete a social network icon, the ”+” sign does not appear again whatever I try (save, refresh, login again…).

1. If you do not want to send the emails via your own web server then the easiest solution would be to use one of the email send service providers like Amazon SES. By doing that you still can run Mailster within your WordPress installation on your web servers but emails get sent by Amazon so there is no relation to your web server.

Hi, when I bought my 2 licenses, I was told that modifying this plugin to become WPML compatible is on its way, so I bought them.4 months gone, I have 2 months of support remained but it is still not WPML compatible yet. Any update about it? Thanks

I think nowadays ( more precisely: for several, long years ) it is a basic must-have feature for a WP theme / plugin, that it could be used in multiple languages! Your plugin can not be used on multiple languages. I mean not 1-another-than-English, but truely multiple languages on a multilanguage site! So the basic problem is this, and not that it is not WPML compatible… Creating new .po files and translating them doesn’t solve all the issues like plugin’s sending out the proper language version of an opt-in confirmation request email, etc.

I don’t threat you, I’m just considering living with my right to inform other buyer prospects about my opinion of your product. Also, considering to ask for refund 1 of my 2 licenses, because I can use 1 of them, but the other license is for a multilanguage site, so I can not use your plugin at all on that one…

And it looks i should have to wait for so many more months that I’d quit instead…

As outlined we are working on WPML but we never promised on a certain timeframe when it will be available. I went through all your comments and tickets and we clearly stated that out of the box it’s not compatible with WPML so I am not completely following why you are considering a refund after 8 months of buying it. You are more than welcome to open a refund but since you want a refund based on a non promoted extension it would most likely fall outside the refund guidelines. Also rating our product bad because of a feature you want but we never promoted would be misleading. These comments are public so all customers can read your concerns. We explained to you several times now that we are working on a WPML extension. To put this situation into real life: I doubt you would buy a car and 8 months later you are going to the dealer asking for 1 more seat so you can carry more persons with you and if you do not get the seat within a certain timeframe you will return the car. The dealer never promoted to have more seats than described, but he was generous enough to let you know as soon as the seat is developed you will get a free upgrade, yet you are threatening us and demanding to have a solution. Maybe you should reconsider your position and treating us the way we treat you. In a perfect world we would have every extension for every customer so each and every customer is happy, because that’s the goal of providing this product. Making the lives of our customers easier and helping them to grow their business, but development takes time and a day only has 24 hours so we need to be smart about what we add to our plugin to benefit the majority of our customers. I hope this explains our situation properly.

You stuck in it! :) You are writing now and also did multiple times long ago, here and in emails, that “you are working on it”, that’s why I was waiting for this for about 4 months! (nothing about 8 months as you wrote above) In my emails sent to you months ago, I took the time to send you how you can work with WPML developers and their testing tool and also that they help you to do the required modifications and testing etc. You wrote you don’t need help and everything is on its way…

I bet it wouldn’t take more than 16 working hours from starting, if you contact the right guy at WPML developers and if you already have experience with WPML compatibility testing tool ( you should have, saying working on it for months… ).

I’m also sure you will feel shame when you finally complete those modifications seeing how easy it was! I know, I had to do the same with a non-supported WP theme for a client…

All in all: I don’t prefer refund. I don’t want to rate you badly. I keep waiting about 2 more weeks and see where would we be that time. Best!

Our plugin is already translation ready so you can use it in any language. If you want to use multiple languages at the same time you will need to wait till we release our WPML extension further into this year. Hope that helps!

Thanks for fast answer. Yes, I want to use multiple languages at the same time. Indeed your plugin almost ready to use multiple languages: in the wordpress admin dashboard in “Newsletter – Settings – Tags” it is possible to use “Custom Tags” and make “Custom Tags” for all languages we need to use, then to put this tags to letters and forms. In the /wp-content/uploads/myMail/templates/mymail it is possible to make copies of “notification.html” file for all languages, for example notification-en.html, notification-es.html, notification-fr.html change the files for necessary language and choose it from menu on Newsletter – Forms – Settings. Only one thing which is not possible – it is to make Custom Texts in the “Newsletter Settings Texts”... Maybe there is a way?

Please note you cannot measure words in KB especially when you use HTML.

To calculate the average size of an email we need more information. If you don’t use attachments and don’t embed images 100KB per message is a good base.

So for 1000 mails you get around 100MB.

SendGird doesn’t calculate the weight of your messages but just the quantity. Same goes for other providers.

If you have limits (that low) on your hosting provider you should really consider switching if you like to send marketing mailings.

You can export the data via SQL. The data is stored in several tables so you should have some basic knowledge about sql to get the data you need.
