My plug in will not load. it is saying….. The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

Hi, I recently bought this great addon and have a question: Is there any way to make the height of a box responsively adapt to content and screen size? I want to use a relatively large text-only flipbox on my website that works great on a bigger screen. But since I have some more text on one side, this text gets cut of as soon as viewed on a smaller screen. I know I can change the absolute height of the box. This doesn’t help me though, because I need the box size to have a greater height on small screens and a smaller height on big screens. Maybe you can help me – thanks in advance!
I am using the flipbox on the homepage of my site here http://www.waterfrontexeter.co.uk/ there is an issue as on first load everything is fine but when you navigate back to the homepage from another page the images in the flipbox fail to load. Please can you let me know what the issue is?

Some plugins not working with my theme
I haven’t had a chance to go through them all yet but I am having issues with the following:
Type Writer (blank page) Draggable Timeline (plugin elements visible but don’t work) Zoom or Magnify (blank page)
I am looking to get the Draggable Timeline working. When added it results in a blank page. Are you abel to assist with this?

Why is this not responsive? When I set a height and width – it’s not responsive. And when I set both to 100% the images disappear. Please help!

Just purchased the plugin and looks good, though am having some issues straight away.
I am using the image overlay and certain fields are not taking effect such as:
1. Size of overlay – changed to 300×300 but remains the default 2. Overlay content color not changing from default 3. there is a background colour I have to use css to remove e.g. .cq-imageoverlay { background:none !important; } 4. No color for title/content hover.

Hi thanks your feedback, 1) Please try 300 only, which stand for 300×300. 2) Have fixed it, will be available in the next update. 3) You can try set the alpha of background color to 0 in the backend. 4) Right now it doesn’t support hover color, maybe add it in the future update.

Is there a quick way to add a 3d effect to the flip box as in here: http://themenectar.com/demo/salient-service/ when you hover over the boxes text and images appear to be lifted off the box

Hi, please make sure the Visual Composer is installed in your site. Then you can access it in the backend menu of VC. If you can find it on the menu, try to navigate to the setting of VC, enable the elements under the Role Manager.

Using the parallax item, the image gets deformed to about 1500 pixels, whereas it’s only 1000 pixels and I would like to keep it this size.
Adding custom CSS didn’t help, as the element is styled inline.
Changing the cover ratio didn’t help, quite the contrary: it moved the image off-frame.
