Hi i really liked this product but i have a few questions,
1 – I was doing some test orders but the customer was not receiving the confirmation email but in admin i did a test email and it worked then.
2 – also, when i order as a guest it is not working and it is saying ERROR
3 – i set the latitude and longitude for google maps but the distance is not right
please answer as soon as possible so i can launch my business

1. check the your admin -> settings -> global sender make sure you set working email
check the merchant receipt template in merchant -> receipt settings
2. can you send me your website and ftp i will do a test?
3. am using google api it will depends in google response also you have options to change what type of method for distance calculation in admin -> settings -> Method of distance calculation

Basti, Please help, I am stuck at the server settings for WiFi receipt printers in restaurant kitchens. This business is not possible without solution to this problem. If server settings not possible then, at least, they ask me to confirm whether the mail can support POP3 and whether the mail contents are in TEXT/PLAIN format, NOT TEXT/HTML bcs for TEXT/HTML, it is not supported by the printer.

if you are using a wifi normal printer not thermal printer its very easy cause its like using a regular pirinter
Is it possible to have settings for POP3 mail? I dont see this option in the mail settings. I will work on rest of the setup.
The logistical problem with normal wifi printer is that, I would have to set it up in each restaurant (costly) and provide them with tablet or phone + somebody has to print the orders by clicking ‘print’ button. Nobody does that here. They just want it simple, order comes >press accept or decline> auto print 2 copies, one for kitchen, one for the delivery person to take it to customer for reference.

2. am not sure how you will get the total but am assuming you will need to sum up the values

Confirmed that the new language file that I added is working on desktop site but not loading on mobile. What would cause that?

We went through all 2085 lines in translation file. Done. Uploaded to site and chose it as default. All fields are showing as the identifier rather than using our translation text.
