This plugin will be able to disable comment posting by a wide range of settings, but right now, it will not allow to disable comment posting only on specific pages (it will disable comment posting for them at all)

If you are interested in the feature of not allowing users to comment on specific pages, please let me know, and I will think on how to do this (as a paid custom update for the plugin).
