Our directory has grown to be quite large, 44k+ listings, and our site has slowed because of it. Is it possible to load/serve the directory from a separate site, or seperate server?

Unfortunately there isn’t such feature with the plugin. Also we don’t think that is something you should configure on an application level like WordPress or plugins? I haven’t tinkered with anything but when users login, instead of arriving at their Business Directory Dashboard, they are arriving at a Woocommerce My Account page. When Woocommerce is disabled, they arrive at their Directory Dashboard. I uninstalled Woocommerce and reinstalled it, but same result. How can I fix this issue so that users arrive at their Directory Dashboard with Woocommerce activated? Thanks!

is there away to display a thumbnail of the image of a listing in the backend list does that make sense? when you bring up listings in the back end have a column for the image…any better?

I want to allow only registered users to submit requests to “Add Listing”. In other words, I do not want users to “Proceed with registration” during “Add Listing”. Is there an option to do the this?

Yes, the “Proceed without registration” feature is an optional feature so it can be disabled/enabled from the backend. By default, the plugin allows only the registered users to submit listings.
Another question, I changed hosts and now I’m not receiving admin emails regarding new orders/listings even through they are all checked off? Any suggestions?

Can you try re-saving the settings from Directory -> Settings -> Emails and see if that fixes the issue.

Yes, you only need to enter the file name of the photo file. If there are multiple photo files, separate them with ”;”, as you can see in the sample CSV which you can download from the FAQ.

You do not need multi-site to install both plugins. You can install them both on a single normal WordPress site. You can of course install them on a multi-site if you wish.

Average ratings of each listing do show up on the directory index page. Or perhaps this is not what you were referring to as ratings?
I found that there has to be a rating in the record for it to show makes sense

Hello! Having some semi-serious issues with adding listings.
We’re running the most recent Wordpress & Sabai, and have set up Google API, but the Google maps function is not turning on in the ‘Add Listing’ section.
In addition to this issue, categories cannot be added. When the button is pressed to search the map or add a category I’m sent back to the top of the form without an error message. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated as our directory is kind of non-functional without these features. Thank you so very much!

Are you seeing any error message on the map? Can you make sure that you ahve configured the Google Maps API key settings from Settings -> Sabai -> GoogleMaps.
