Hi VonStroheim, regarding the DesignLPC question above, this is the account i purchased it from.
I’m pretty sure the files are not corrupt, how can I check? should i save settings and reupload the plugin?
Also, does your plugin require any special server permissions, php memory limits etc?
Hi!
Try to re-upload the files via FTP, no special permissions/limits required.
If the issue persists, please contact me privately providing an FTP access, so we can investigate together!
VonStroheim
I tried re-uploading the latest version, also the one version before, both resulted the same – the calendar is not showing.. i will send you the private message with the parameters
The version before? Have you downgraded the plugin? This is not a correct procedure, plugins are not made only by files… There is also the database! Downgrading a plugin via FTP without reverting the database back it’s a risky procedure.

I followed the documentation to the every last detail.. Twice… When i enter the shortcode to the new page, lets say “Reservations” http://durmitorraft.com/reservations/ the calendar will not display properly… if i add the shortcode to the homepage the whole body of page disappears, only header is shown..
It is not the theme conflict, i checked all the default WP themes, same results
It is not a plugin conflict, i tried turning off all the plugins
Could you please help?
Hi!
That’s weird, it seems that your frontend rendering files are broken. Are you sure your plugin’s files are not corrupted? Could you please contact me via the user profile that actually bought the plugin or, alternatively, contact me privately providing a valid purchase code? So we can investigate more.

Hello there,
unfortunately the plugin doesn’t seem to work properly. Even after following all instructions and integrating with Google the calendar days are still not clickable and the rest of the flow (selecting slots) does not happen.
Could you please advice?

Thanks in advance, Jonathan
Hi!
What I see is just an empty calendar. That means that you must carefully read the paragraph “Events not showing” in the “Troubleshooting” section of the documentation, as you must have missed something
After reading it carefully, contact me if the issue persists.
VonStroheim
Hi – a couple questions/requests: 1. is there a way to display the event name instead of the number on the monthly calendar? 2. if not, is there a hook to tie into the month-switch action?
I didn’t see either in the docs, but both would probably be useful for developers. thanks!
Hi!
1) Do you mean inside the circles? It would introduce some design issues (e.g. with very long names – a lot of services in that day), I guess… But I can create a filter hook to allow this customization to developers.
2) There is not, but that’s very easy for me to add it. Will do that by the next version, just please send me this request via the contact form on my profile page!

I have a password protected page with a calendar view and a reservation list, but the reservation list does not show up for some reason. Any idea?
However, when I preview the page from wp-admin it does work.
Hi!
The reservation list can be seen by logged users only. Could you please confirm you are visiting that page while logged-in?
VonStroheim
Ahhhh…. I was trying to set it so the site owner could just view it on a device with a password protected page and not have to log in.
Hi!
The reservation shortcode renders the content only when a user is logged in because it only lists the reservation that very user made as a customer (i.e. it is not intended to show the full reservations list on the frontend to the admins…).
VonStroheim
That makes sense, and handy! Thanks!
You’re welcome

Hi I have some problem to reservation after upgrade of pulgin. can u make me assistence?
Hi!
Please describe the issue with an adequate grade of detail
VonStroheim
If i try to reservation a ticket, and i select a item, if I click on the reservation, continue to charge without going to the form
Hi!
Please provide a link to your frontend calendar. Also:
1) Are you able to retrieve your server’s error.log file?
2) Have you tried the “repair database” function in the Core settings?
VonStroheim
How can I change the number shown on the availability calendar to reflect the number of “tickets” available. I have 6, but the calendar view shows only 1. Thanks!
Hi!
There is a specific option for that in the “Frontend Style” tab of TeamBooking called “Numbered dots meaning”
VonStroheim
duh! Miss that one. Thanks!
You’re welcome!

Hi – I have been trying to set up this plugin and haven’t been able to get the events to show up on the calendar. I went through the troubleshooting section 13.2 several times. I even created a new Project in google to see if I’d missed something.
I created the project, got the client id in the calendar API, uploaded the JSON file, authorized my google account, added the appropriate calendar and set up a service for a recurring event that was already on the calendar. I made sure the service name was the same as the event (copy/paste) and made sure the sign-up window for that service was wide open. the month calendar displays but it empty of events.
http://thegoldbar.co/yoga/booking/Is there something else likely that I missed? thanks!
Hi!
Never ever create a new Google Project, that is never the reason of any issue. A Google Project is a set-and-forget thing.
Having said that, worth mentioning that the events title must be equal to the Event title (free slot) setting, and not to the service’s name. The Event title (free slot) setting is equal to the service’s name by default, but that is not a general case.
Have you tried to repair your database (Core settings)? Could you please ensure that your recurring event is not “endless”, but it has an end to the batch (otherwise you can have issues on low-performance databases)?
If the issue persists, please contact me privately via my profile page providing an FTP access and the WordPress admin login, so I can check your settings personally.
VonStroheim
I changed the event from Endless to expiring in a year and repaired the DB and it is working! Thanks so much for the prompt response. Perhaps those steps would be helpful to add to section 13.2?
I will certainly add that…
Let me know if you’ll have any other issue!
VonStroheim
After the latest update booked slots are being shown. Tried turning the “Show sold-out slots” YES -> NO .. but no result. Let me know what to check or what could be the issue?
Hi!
I’ll check this and let you know!
VonStroheim
That will be fixed by the next release (it will be out quickly)
VonStroheim
Any update?
Please wait for the update to be released by Envato
VonStroheim
Hi, I updated plugin to the latest version and now it is show sold-out slots even it is set to No.
2. Can I design customer cancellation view? because it will not displayed correctly. (I mean when customer press cancellation link in e-mail)
Hi!
1) I’ll check this, thanks!
2) You can always style via CSS, but could you please define in what it is not correctly displayed?
VonStroheim
Having a glitch during checkout process, not sure why.
When a booking is upgraded with an “extra” (from a radio group), the increase in price does not appear on the next checkout page (the page where a guest would confirm their reservation information). It shows that the “extra” is selected, but no price.
The bump in price is also not reflected in the payment gateway page as well. Not sure what I’m doing wrong!
Thanks!
Hi!
Please provide more details about the issue (currency, base price, increment, plugin’s version, service class etc.). Also, provide a link to your frontend calendar
VonStroheim
The price increment is not actually adding to the “total” when a guest goes the checkout. I’m using USD, event class, with a radio group for the price increase option. Using TeamBooking 2.1.5
In my case, $95 base price with $12 optional price increase, shows $107 at the bottom, but when you go to the next page to verify your reservation information the price drops back down to $95.
http://mojaveexperience.com/book-now/The issue is for the “Valley of Fire Hiking” event
Hi!
The issue can’t be replicated with the latest version (2.2.0). Could you please upgrade the plugin (always perform a database backup before upgrading anything) and then let me know if the issue persists?
VonStroheim
Ah sorry, didn’t notice the new version. I updated, problem solved!
Thanks!!!
That’s great!

Hi there. I have 3 quick pre-purchase questions.
1) Can a button be installed on the sidebar to activate the calendar in a modal or something similar?
2) Can booking an appointment be limited to logged in users only?
3) Can an appointment be specifically tied to a particular entry/post? For example, on a real estate page, booking an appointment for a certain time to see a specific house.
Thank you.
Hi!
1) That’s up to your theme (or page builder) being able to do that.
2) Yes of course
3) Could you please detail a little more? TeamBooking calendar can be rendered via shortcode parameters to make the calendar show particular service(s) only, for example. But you must choose the service(s) at the time of the shortcode insertion. The “connection” between the current post and a particular service to show, it’s not automatic.
VonStroheim
That´s is very good.
I understand (I don´t have the plugin yet) the coworker could receive an email when a reservation has been made. In this email could receive the links to confirm/cancel the reservation.
Is that correct?
Many thanks
Rafa García
Hi!
The approval/decline of the appointments can’t be made straight via Google Calendar essentially because of the lack of an UI for that, but it can certainly be made by specific links that you can put inside the notification e-mail messages. So the Coworker can approve/decline the reservation by visiting that links and confirm the operation in the page that opens, without the need to login into your backend.
VonStroheim
Hi!
1) Please keep you messages in one thread only, this is very important.
2) Yes, that’s correct
Those links open a page in which he must confirm the operation (to avoid unwanted clicks on the link actually triggering the operation).
VonStroheim
Hello, congratulations, it´s a fantastic plugin.
Just a question. To confirm o cancel an appointment you need to go to the backend? Or you can do it from the coogle calender? Just I want to know if my client must go to wordpress or he can manage the appointments just from the calendar.
Thanks, very much.

can you please send me the link to the backend then, It is not loading for me.
Thx
Hi!
1) The link is as in the demo site’s menu: http://tbdemo.bluebeardproduzioni.com/wp-login.php. The backend is currently up and running, any issue must be at your end.
2) Please keep your messages in a single thread only.
VonStroheim
I want access to backend, when I click backend link doesn’t work
Hi!
The backend demo is fully functional, tested right now. If you still have an issue, please describe it with details

Hello,
Is it possible so that when a customer books a time slot, that specific time slot is unavailable every week from then on?
Thanks
Hi!
If you need, e.g, that a 14.30 to 15.30 monday’s timeslot will always be unavailable for the future mondays when a customer books it for a specific monday, then you need to program that behaviour by yourself (which is pretty easy to do, thanks to the TeamBooking’s action/filters, still you need to know how the WordPress action/filter api works, for some coded examples of their usage with TeamBooking please check the online documentation at paragraph 15).
VonStroheim
Is there any chance to use a timetable instead of calendar? Also is there a solution to export the bookings in .csv format? Thanks!
Hi!
1) Do you mean a weekly view? That’s not possible at the moment.
2) Of course there is. Please read carefully the documentation before considering any purchase.
VonStroheim
Thanks! Yes, a simple timetable with the days from Monday to Friday, with the disponible seats and the option to book a seat.
Are deposits still not supported? If not, is it planned for a future update.
Hello !
I installed you plugin and do the coreect configuration, but the map is not displaying. Plus, i would like to know how i can get the month all in cap without accents, because the month are displaying with accents( that french language…..)
Thanks you
Jordan
Hi!
1) Have you configured a Google Maps API key as per documentation paragraph 2.1.8?
2) The month names are rendered by WordPress, not by TeamBooking. The upcoming version will fix the lowercase accented letters issue, they should be replaced by the uppercase accented letters.
VonStroheim
Hello ! Thanks for the answer
1) In my api console i have all the api activated : Google Maps Directions API Google Maps Geocoding API Google Maps JavaScript API Google Places API Web Service Google Calendar API
2) Cool ! Thanks !
Hi!
1) What about the HTTP referrers, have you checked them? Could you please provide a link to your frontend calendar?
VonStroheim
I don’t know what you’re talking…
There the link:
http://new.formamod.com/index.php/journee-decouverte/Thanks!
Jordan
Hi!
I was still talking about the paragraph 2.1.8 of the documentation… In the steps you done to obtain a Google Maps API key in your Google Console, there were an “HTTP referrers” field to fill correctly, which is infact your issue as your site returns:
Google Maps API error: RefererNotAllowedMapError
VonStroheim
Oh yes ! Well I do it correctly. I put : - * .new.formamod.com/ *
This is correct no ?
Jordan
Hi!
Apparently not, as your domain root is formamod.com, and not new.formamod.com. The value should be:
*formamod.com/*
Two suggestions:
1) Any change in Google console is not immediate, but it takes some time to propagate (up to some hours in some cases).
2) If you still have issues, try to just leave that field empty.
VonStroheim
Hi !
The issue is gone !
The problem was as you said, the domain root.
Thank you very much
Jordan
You’re welcome
