I bought the ityNews template – Comprehensive Newspaper WordPress Theme on Friday, December 9, 2016. But the Visual Composer is in the template but I can not activate it. The authors of the Theme say that it is not necessary to activate it because they have bought the license for all their clients that download the template. What happen?
Hello, yes, if you got VC within a theme you don’t have to activate it. You can use it with this theme. Yet there are few restrictions: using outside your theme is not possible, receiving direct updates, support and access to template library. To unlock these features you will need to consider purchasing direct license.

Hi guys how are you? I just would like to know if we can add a tag (H1, H2,..) to a VC custom title created by an author theme? The VC doesn’t have the option to select a tag. Thanks, Sergio
Hello, we do have Custom Heading that allows using H1 and H2. As for 3rd party elements you should visit kb.wpbakery.com to see how you can work with elements via our API. Yet this will require some coding skills from your side.

Is there an full function WYSIWYG editor that is compatible with this?
Hello, Visual Composer works with WordPress TinyMCE. Some users work with advanced TinyMCE, but we did not look into this in details to say it is compatible for 100%.

Hello, yes, we disable Youtube for mobile to save bandwidth. To allow it you need to perform custom coding, but we recommend avoid it as running youtube background on mobile would be a bad move for your site visitors.

Hi! I have several themes which already include visual composer by default. If I now want to buy a direct license for you, I would need to buy a license for every theme where I want to use it, regardless whether the license already came with the theme or not, right? It would not be enough to be a single license and then use it in all the themes I bought which already have a license for visual composer included. Is that correct? Reason is: In some themes an older version (4.12.1) is bundled so I want to update but not if I would need to buy it for every install. Many thanks!

Hi, i have installed the Visual Composer in my Site but with an other install file. And now i can’t update my visual composer to the new site. I buy a new licence for the new site but i don’t know how i can change the licence key to the new site? Because the new site has already the key from an old site.

Super Strange Problem!!
Got my theme with Visual Composer. I create a page, inser a ‘Post Grid’ element, and set to show my post. Awesome, works perfectly. Next, I change the post grid to paginate this posts. And then all the post are invisible!! They are placed in the page, when u hover the mouse u see the links and all, but it`s all blank!!

Guys, i’m sorry, but as soon I wrote u i revert back the page for the client see working and forgot to change the pagination on again for you see the problem.
Now if you access http://alimentacaoemfoco.com.br/n/noticias you will se the problem. I create a grid with the visual composer grid builder. Then I applied to this this posts list. Worked awesome (probably what you guys saw before). Then I set this element to lazy load. Awesome again. But then i set to paginate, and then all elements completelly vanish. I mean, they still there, but only invisile (if u hover the mouse u can see the links poping up).
I just need that the elements to show. Why it’s becaming invisible?

Two things: 1) How can I get a horizontal bar that the user can click “Back to Top” (or something similar) that will scroll the page automatically to the top of the page without using the manual code:

2) Is there a shortcode I can use that is similar to the above but will allow the user to return to the previous page based on the user’s history?

Hello, it seems the comment somehow slipped through. As for your question, right now there is no such element or option, but you should look into 3rd party addons at vc.wpbakery.com/addons for such functionality.

this is Not working properly w/ latest WP 4.7 (and avada theme); pls fix asap; thanks… can’t edit/save text boxes in rows properly. I can create a new text box, but it won’t edit/save properly. critical issue. (I cant give you access to my site, for security; pls advise) ... update: I’m on avada 5.02; I’ll update to 5.0.5 to see if that fixes it

Hello, right now there is no mechanism to remove all shortcodes of VC. What you can do is go into pages and delete layout via Classic Editor.

I just bought another license but the downloads here still say 4.12.1 old version and not 5.0
