I purchased this yesterday and trying to find a way to import or customize the whole coupon code instead of the prefix only. How do I do this (especially import a list of 10 codes for example and pull one each time a buyer purchases the item and doesn’t use that code again so they can’t send it to other people to use)?

Hi, like you told me I exclude product category by category tag_id in “Exclude products by ID” of my gift product. However when I try the code I receive by email after bought a gift cart, I can use the coupon code with exclude products. Please can you help me to fix the problem.

When I do that I get two of the same Gift Card Codes. Both codes are identical….... I would have expected unique codes for both cards….

Also I have a problem with the shortcodes customising. -[receiver_name] : Name of the receiver. If not sending it to someone else then the name will be the name of the buyer filled on checkout page – But what about SENDER NAME ? Big problem here. I do not like the stock message. I want to change it to just include the message input by the sender and nothing else. AT the moment, there is “Additional message from sender:” the actual message & “ You’ve received the Gift Voucher with kind heart from (sender)” Waiting for your response .Thanks.

Hi bought this yesterday & it was working OK and sending the automatic emails to gift certificate yesterday. Strangely has stopped functioning now – does not send the email after creating the code & completed order. Please help ! Also how do can I send the email manually if the automatic email fails. pls help

Question, can I make the email sent to the customer look like the Gift Card picture? For example, the giftcard image is shown in the shop, someone purchases the gift card and might expect that is how the image looks on the email.

I guess what I am asking is, having the name on the gift card and the gift card code on the gift card as an image attachment…..

For example, a gift card that would be purchased at 100$ but could be redeemed towards 150$ worth of products on the site. Is this possible with your plugin? Hi, since the update, we have a problem with the total amount for the gift card. The tax amount is deducted from the gift card value. For example, when i buy a gift card for 50 euro’s, i pay 50 and i only get a gift card with a value of 41,32 euro’s (21% tax rate). It should be a total value of 50 euro’s.

What happens if the buyer wants to buy the card for himself and not for a third party?
My site is multilanguages and uses WPML, can I translate the emails template sent to the buyer? Or to the recipient when we choose a recipient?

In our store our prices include VAT, when the coupon is made it does not include VAT and when it is applied it seems to have VAT deducted again. So the full value paid for the coupon is not being delivered…
