Hi! Is it possible to pre-populate the name and email or auto-login the user so they don’t have to? And ideally, so it will auto show their names in the live visitors list (even before they start the chat)?? Thanks!

About auto-login. Unfortunately, currently there’s no special API for that, so you would need to manually modify application’s code.
Tracking online visitors (that are not chatting) is planned for future versions of the application.
