Gotcha, well mailwizz works with all of them, you should do your research and choose the best that fits your needs(test and see), either use your own smtp server, or go with mailgun/sparkpost/sendgrid/etc, or with all of them.

Yup, both, double and single opt-in and opt-out are supported.
I have a few questions before buying 1. When you have multiple lists, are you able to do include and exclude from a campaign? For instance, if I have 5 lists and I want to send the same email to all 5, can I write the email one time, and include all the lists? On the other side of that, can I write an email, include 4 of the lists and exclude the 5th?
2. In the example above, if one email happened to be subscribed to all five of those lists, is the system smart enough to not send the email to that address 5 times?

In the way it works now, the system will merge those 4 or 5 lists into a new one and eliminate the duplicates then send the campaign to the newly created list.
We are aware this is not a super great behavior and while for now it does the job it suppose to do, we will going to change this in future to a better way.

It sounds like this would not work for me (yet) as I am constantly sending emails that include certain lists today, and certain others the next day. But the big one is exclusions.
What I typically do is email multiple groups with an offer. I then take all the buyers, and put them into a new list. Then when I re-mail the offer, I exclude the buyers list, so they aren’t receiving it again.
In AWeber, they just have simple check boxes of ‘include’ and ‘exclude’, so you can write an email for a certain list, and then click the include button for all those you want to include, and click exclude for those that you don’t want getting the email.

Hi pre-purchase question here, I’d like to offer this to my clients. So each client can register on the site and open their own account for emails, then we can help build their list and send using Amazon SES or Sendgrid etc. Can we do this? They will each have their own account on the site and can send out newsletters independent of us?
Hi I think I have looked at everything in more detail and all of the above seems possible – next question is on actually building the email list. Most obvious solution seems to be to create a form on a website, such as a Wordpress website. I know this isn’t anything to do with WP but there is a plugin you have created.
Questions:
1. Is it right that I can create unlimited fields in my form such as gender, age etc. and then we can filter those in the backend to see results and get more info?
2. Will the WP plugin you have created make it easy to add form to a page such as a via a shortcode or just a widget? Does it work – ‘currently says hasn’t been updated over 2 years’ on WP…
3. Am I right in that this is just for sending and managing email campaigns, not building them? (which would be via a form on a website)

Your research is correct, that all is doable with mailwizz.
To answer your questions now:
1. Yes, that is correct.
2. The wp plugin works just fine, there was no reason to update it. Also the app generates the html code you could embed and also mailwizz integrates with Layered Popups, so i think you’re covered for wordpress.
3. Not quite. Mailwizz also has it’s own pages for subscriptions where you can redirect people in order to build your list

Amazing, looks very impressive. I have further questions:
1. How easy is it to customise the subscribe page? For example I’d like to brand it with my clients logo or even if possible convert it into a basic landing page with some text around it etc. Can that be done or do you think it would be easier to just code a new website an add the subscription for embed code to it?
2. Can you show me how custom fields can be filtered in the backoffice? So for example if we have a field for age on our form it would be great to see the breakdown of age from subscribers, and same for other fields. Can you show me an example screenshot of this?
3. Finally, is it possible to set up one account with Amazon SES or whoever and then allow all customer accounts to use that to send mail? I can then charge them accordingly like a monthly plan? What sort of support can you offer after I purchase to implement this?

1. You can edit the form via a wysiwyg editor and you can also include your own css file to transform it as you wish. Depends on what you need that might be enough.

I check the software and it looks great but it would be great if we had the option that user can enter their own amazon ses account or smtp details so accounts will not be get mixed. I work in an agency and we are looking for a solution like this so will be providing hosted service to them but each client will be responsible from spam email and amount they send.

What should I do to make this send fast like before?
I already did what you told before, delete old campaigns, I even accidentally deleted the delivery logs. The settings don’t log server delivery and count quota.
And this is my current server setup: 8 Cores (Intel® Xeon® CPU E5-1650 0 @ 3.20GHz) 20 GB RAM 200 GB SSD DISK

I have never tested it on litespeed, so i am not sure if it will work or not.
As for open_basedir, that’s a php directive to allow loading of php files only from your own home directory, so mailwizz should not have any issue with it.

Not sure, but what i am sure of is that php is complaining about missing files, most likely they failed uploading…So you’ll have to try again but make sure nothing fails to upload…

Hi, when we are trying to install mailwizz, we get a error “Unfortunately the file system does not satisfy the requirements by MailWizz EMA. Please pay attention to the errors listed below and fix them.”
after putting the commands into terminal we get a message: “No such file or directory”
and the ftp shows the srv folder empty 
we are strugling :/

Make sure you properly copy the paths, there is absolutely no way for Mailwizz to give you wrong paths, maybe a missing / or something.
