I uploaded all update files into my hosting by replacing old files >> clicked the update button and wait until it finished.

If you instruct the smtp server not to add it, then it won’t be added.
Related to geolocation, we have few extension as part of mailwizz, so you can use either, you just have to enable it.

Nope, IP location extensions are integrated into mailwizz, you don’t have to pay for them.

Yup, we have domain policies for that, basically you create a delivery server and you give it a policy so that it only sends for yahoo domains: https://www.dropbox.com/s/tv2u2isq2wdbgeo/Screenshot%202016-11-09%2020.12.07.png?dl=0 and https://www.dropbox.com/s/q5e8yna3tlcnmlu/Screenshot%202016-11-09%2020.12.24.png?dl=0However, please keep in mind that this feature still causes some issues sometimes (like for example if you send only through this server and you also have gmail accounts, then your campaign will not finish till you add a server that can send to gmail) but more importantly, such logic should be applied at smtp/MTA server rather than in mailwizz since it will be way faster.

How to send only one campaign at a time? For the settings (backend > settings > cron > Delivery settings), I even filling Campaigns at once: 1 and Campaigns in parallel: 1 It did not work, it sends more than one at the same time.
Because I wanted to leave several campaigns created and send a only after the previous finish, but has no way to schedule a time because I do not know exactly how long it will take to send all, because the number of users increases, wanted to have this option sending only one at a time. For the live chat, you should get instructions from your live chat provider as where to add certain javascript code to enable the chat, i am not sure this is related to mailwizz. If you have instructions, open a support ticket with them and we’ll see what we can do about it.
Related to the map, you have to enable the map from the extensions area, then configure it and add your google maps api key. Then you need to also enable a IP location extension and configure it, from extensions area. Once you do this future campaigns will collect location data and put your subscribers on the map

No, all customers are totally separate. You can create a company account and share the login credentials with the company members.
Note that upcoming version allows you to share campaign reports with whomever you want, you just give them a url and password and anyone with these can see the campaign stats without the need to login in the system.
