I think before purchasing this you were using free version, So first please delete the free version of this plugin from your wordpress then install pro version.

You can easily set skins(light,dark) in shortcode.

If you want to customize the default skin title colors.

You can override these styles using below-mentioned CSS.

Please add these styles in custom style section in setting panel.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. I don’t have credentials to share because I still haven’t bought the plugin, since I’m not sure it suits my needs. I have twenty events in a three year span, and I would like to see them all at the same time in the timeline. I realize it’s a lot, so I’m not sure your plugin (which looks amazing, by the way) is the one for me. Is there any chance I can see somewhere an example with a timeline like the one I need?

Your server not enable binary transfer mode for FTP’s

Please enable Binary mode after that remove the plugin and upload it again.

I’m not sure if you guys are aware that we can see when we are being ignored, as it states the time you last responded to other posts.

My question was never address, PinkBorder just said, “An update will come”...okay…will it have the feature I am looking for?

Is it really difficult to just say, “We don’t have a release date but we are anticipating December (or whatever). When people ask it’s because they have a deadline and just want an IDEA of the waiting period rather expecting to wait indefinately.

Some crappy service, so take my comment as feedback in how to conduct better service/support in future.
