hi, I just found your youtube popup script…
link:
http://codecanyon.net/item/youtube-vimeo-popup-plugin/306502?WT.ac=search_item&WT.seg_1=search_item&WT.z_author=wrwipeout2 questions:
1) Does this script work on iPhones as well? because we know Flash do not work on smartphones…
2) does this work on web sites that are embeded in Facebook pages?
Thank you, Really.

If you can’t figure it out, you probably don’t have any reason to be a web developer, considering your markup will always affect plugin scripts and vice versa.
Three months ago, a purchaser wrote: “The style sheet is not well structured and overrode the styles in my website.
All the styles should be prefixed with #videopopup so they don’t override the styles of the site on which they are used.”
This means that the colors, etc. for H1, H2, UL, body, a, etc. are not scoped and are all overridden by this plugin’s CSS . Or, if you place this plugin’s CSS file before your own in the head, your CSS will override this plugin. Crazy!!
Unfortunately, the author has not fixed this problem. I gave this a negative rating because I now have to delve into the js code to fix a problem that should not be a problem.
dvenneri,
No, this plugin was not written to pop up video on page load. However, If your really interested in this, it can be added in a later version.

Hey All,
I am a co-programmer of wrwipeout. Allow me to help.
kjdoyle1,
I understand what your saying but if you can send me a link, I can better assist you with your problem. It sounds like an easy fix.

Same question as kydoyle above, when I click on the popup link, it works but scrolls up to the top of the page. When I scroll down the video is there and playing where it is supposed to be. Is there a solution for this?
Thank you, I appreciate your assistance!
Can I make this popout on page load?
I bought the plugin and it seems to be working fine. However the link on my page that will popup the video is at the bottom of the page. When I click on the popup link, it works but scrolls up to the top of the page. When I scroll down the video is there and playing where it is supposed to be. However, it shouldn’t be forcing me to the top of the page. How do I fix? Is it in the videopopup.js?

I found this to be a little disappointing.
The style sheet is not well structured and overrode the styles in my website.
All the styles should be prefixed with #videopopup so they don’t override the styles of the site on which they are used.
Also I would have expected even the most basic pop to have the option to change the size.
There is the option to change the width and height of the video. Im not sure what you are referring to here.
I have a question. I want to embed vimeo movies so I can play them on computers and on iOS devices. I tested the preview link and I was able to see the vimeo movie on my iPad. Great. Would I also be able to modify options like removing the title, and the share button, etc… with this plugin?
Let me know ASAP , as I’d like to purchase it if I can modify those parameters.
Nope you those aren’t options at the moment.
I am having an issue with the lightbox popup. I uploaded all files after purchasing this but for some reason I do not get the “x” in the popup window to close the video. I’ve tried copying all files on the demo page as well but no luck. Please help!
Thanks
I haven’t seen this happen. What browser are you using? Do you have your jquery code loading in the header?
Hi,
I bought this script today and experienced some difficulties to work with it. Could you please explain me how I can add more than one videos within same page (For me it’s about 50 videos). Do I have to put ‘videoid’ for each video or if there is a any other methods to do it without lots of codes? Looking forward to your early reply.
Thanks mail
Hey Mail. You will have to specify a video id for each video you want to include otherwise the player has no way of knowing what video you want to use. Does this help?
Nicely done.
Glad you like it.
nice and simple- Thanks!
