Here I see the newest version with changed directories (application, 18in1 etc). How to update script now?

And how to migrate with translate to new file from old lang file?

1) Android app will be available soon but I don’t have exact date of arrival now.
2) I have noted this for future implementation
3) I have plan to make separate plugin for this as this option is not required by all.
4) It’s only for INDIA, but it can be used for other countries by small tweaking, you can email me a sandbox account, I will test this.

Dear Sadia, thanks for the guidelines & problem has been solved. Note that in the email templates for Quotes, variables >> {{name}} = Customer Name, {{customer_name}} = Customer Name, {{client_name}} = Customer Name, {{company}} = Customer Company Name are not displaying respective values.

Hi. I couldn’t find to attached picture but I paste client transactions page which show expenses in the bottom. I mean expenses shouldn’t show in client login account they can see privacy of our purchase.customer allow to see only invoice transaction which customer paid for invoice only.

how to disable client profile editing just the client profile for invoice and profile information and when he need to modify the profile i can enable or he send to us from it’s profile page to edit profile information

Hi, Client can edit profile data by login the client portal and it’s available by default as standard. To disable this, you can work with client controller. application/controllers/client.php . Do you have any specific reason to prevent this ?

Hi! I have some pre-sales questions here.

I have a client who is in food franchising business. So the system is not for general customers, this is exclusive for the franchisees of his business. He wants a CRM that can handle the following:

1. Is your plugin can be integrate with wordpress and woocommerce or need a separate hosting and can stand alone?

2. Can check/add/edit profiles of all his franchisees. Where he can send emails for news and updates, send a birthday message or a greetings during holidays.

3. The franchisees can order stocks like paper cups, crew uniforms and make an online payment.

4. The website owner can monitor all the activities, from orders to payment inside the admin panel. Can send report or comments if there is a violation in the part of the franchisee (i.e: poor quality service).

5. One of the most important part is that, he wants to put a renewal date for the franchised outlet and the System will send an automatic reminder (at least a month before) to the franchisee that they need to settle the amount due – something like a billing software.

6. Any notifications, account due, etc., will notify both parties thru email.

7. If a franchisee has a multiple outlets in different locations, is there a custom fields that can indicate there the different addresses of the outlets and their contract date and expiration?

8. Last login feature – where the business owner can monitor who among his staff is the last one to logged in from the admin panel and made changes to it.

9. Google Map integration for the franchisees address or store address.

10. Do you offer a money back guarantee here in codecanyon in case the plugin didn’t worked or my client rejected it?

I just want to ask if your plugin can handle all these features or any of these.

Hi, Sorry for such a delay reply. I have read your request carefully. Unfortunately, those features are not available by default. And it’s possible to make custom plugin, but I am not taking customization project right now as I am busy with iBilling features and improvements.

i will explain more i used this crm to manage training center in the traning center we have many calls phone just to ask about our service and can be after sometimes to buy or subscripe and now can be customer

i ask for another list same or less the customer list we can add this calls and temproray users to it wnd when any of this user subscript i can move it or convert it to the customer list

1) Did you mean to Add Balance in Customer account when an invoice is overpaid & use it on next invoice ?
2) When you Add Payment, if the payment is full, it will automatically marked as Paid. Still it has option to manually Mark a invoice Paid or Unpaid without receiving payments. To make it automatically, you will have to use “Add Payment” Button.

Problem with last updates and custom themes.

I found that the last updates have the theme that loads fixed and this make the the custom themes does not work.

The file affected is ibilling_bootstrap.php in the lines 128 to 131.

I understand that with every update is necessary to fix the custom themes in order to not break system and is necessary to use the ibilling theme after the update, so I suggest set the ibilling theme as default when an update is made and show a notification to indicate that is necessary update the custom themes before use them again.

Couple of things:

- Could you implement sorting on name in contact list? - Could you implement sorting on name in invoice list?

- Could you implement something so that i do not have to edit my lang file every time there is an update? Better just to update the lang file with the changes instead of replacing the file.

- Can you add an option to automatic enable tax for every item? Now you have to click 2 more times for tax. Its not needed if you can set it somewhere to automatic include the tax.

ok, so its fixed.. i just deleted and reupped the software.. installed it and replaced the config.php with mine. now all is working.. weird. It looked like the old folder structure was used. The new software got all different folders.
