It can be done in two ways -

1. First one is very easy, some simple CSS can be used to hide buttons from everywhere except single product page.

2. Relatively complex way is to apply logic in plugin code to load buttons only in single product page.

Only issue is that it only affect the product single page, it doesn’t take away the main menu’s cart icon, neither the shop front “add to shopping cart”

Anything static can’t be removed automatically.

These add-to-cart buttons might be something static from the theme. Static elements can’t be disabled using extensions. It will require to use css to hide it.

Thanks but I took this plugin out since it didn’t do what I expected. I couldn’t leave my site broken lol.

If your plugin doesn’t work on static button, maybe you could mentioned it before someone purchases it, so customers know what to expect? I already know how to hide buttons with css. I bought your extension specifically because I didn’t want to do it that way. Bummer!

You may know that – everything static can’t be removed automatically using third party scripts. Theme authors may incorporare static elements in their theme – extension authors usually does not consider these. Static elements should be handled manually.
