Anyway, why you need to use shortcode there? you can use default bootstrap style. just add class=”table table-striped” in table tag so you get same look.
I want to use “Shortcode Ultimate” plug-in to do this kind of material in the popup window (in the expansion “Popup Product info”).

I bought and installed addon for Joomshopping “Shortcode Ultimate”, by which on the product page, you can place any information in the popup window by clicking on the appropriate button. In order to accommodate the required information in the settings Joomshopping you must first create a new static text. The static text contains Joomla editor, so you can place any information. For example, I sell clothes and I want to on the product page with the help of add-on “Shortcode Ultimate” to place the table sizes guide. In the settings of Joomshopping I create a new static text, in which I created a table with the help of your plugin “Shortcode Ultimate”, but in the popup window add-on “Popup Product info” table does not appear in the form in which it should appear (the impression that the addon is not understands your code and dont work). When I, for example, use shortcodes in materials Joomla and HTML-module, or in the usual description of the product or category Joomshopping, codes work properly, but when I use in Joomshopping in the static text the plugin “Shortcode Ultimate” (any code from your plugin), the result is not displayed correctly on the product page in the popup window add-on “Popup Product info”. Perhaps plugin “Shortcode Ultimate” is currently not compatible with static text of Joomshopping or addon “Popup Product info”. Hello! I haven’t purchased the plugin directly, but it’s included in my joomla theme (kirion). The plugin works great. However, I think it’s a bit difficult to manage for unexperienced users, specially if you need to edit shortcodes which you included previously in your content. You can easily make mistakes and break the page structure… It would be great to use a drag and drop page builder (like Joomshaper or Quix, for example) to manage the shortcodes!
Hi, Yeah we understand your point. but we don’t have plan to convert it like page builder bacause shortcode is short-your-code and you can use them anywhere (not only article or module). but we have a plan to give support with SP Page Builder and Quix Page Builder soon so you don’t need to make page with all shortcodes shortcodes shortcodes

I’m not able to add links inside the shortcode (icon list as an example). I’m looking to add links to the text (a href=”#”)... not just the “url=yes” for title.

It won’t work. Everything inside the [icon_list_item] brackets links to “url”.

It’s not possible now, there are many things need to manage. but you can make tab + icon list style by using tab shortcode + icon_list_item shortcode.
