@thanaman you should contact the Envato Team about this “Support” issue.

I was informed that amazon pricing does not update and that you recommend a cron job to fix this. However, that also is still not updating the prices. Can you please shed some light on this, as this could get affiliates banned. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Never buy any product from AA team especially woo zone bundle pack, the support is terrible. I have open ticket for support and there is no responses. When I ask for refund (which within 7 days of purchase) they ask so many questions, they just said that their product are work well, and I must show the bug report. I know and understand that your product might work, but sometimes the product does not fit your customers need, then you must respect your customer by offering refund, which in my case I request for refund serveral times within 7 days after purchase, but got negative responses. So, now I just uninstall and left $66 in a trash can,

This author does not have customers in mind, they just think that their products are perfect and ignore their customer voices.

I used to purchase many IM product such as market samurai, long tail pro, majestic see without request for any refund since ISatisfy with their services, but with AA team, they are just ignore their customer voices.

Poor customer service ever.

I’d really like to use this plugin but ever since I’ve installed it it has ground my server performance to a halt. I have to call hosting support multiple times a day and every time they disable woozone as the cause. I’ve gone in and thought I had disabled everything heavy like frequent synch but so far I can’t find what’s wrong. I’ve only imported 35 products as a test but it’s killed my app. Any thoughts on what could be wrong? I keep thinking its gotta be a config problem… (hoping)...

Ticket: #18324 . The latest version on here is 1.6.6 but you have released up to 1.7 .

That ticket was closed because it was a duplicate. But you have the other ticket answered: #18323. The latest version of the theme is 1.6.6. Unfortunately WordPress confuses our premium theme with this free theme because they have the same name: https://wordpress.org/themes/kingdom/

I am still having terrible issues with Woozone killing my server. I have been trying to fix on my own since I can’t get response from support. I see 2 files in my database that have an enormous amount of rows. They are wp_reev_pmlc_geoipcountry and wp_reev_postmeta . They each have over 120,000 records. I only have around 1,000 products on my site. What are these used for and why so large of files?

I’ve updated but now products with variations cannot be added to the amazon cart, it says that the product isn’t available or that the cart is empty, even if the variation is correctly selected in the woocommerce store.

Yes, that is not an error. You can use both of them but Insane Mode is newer.

I am told by my host (Bluehost) that it would be more efficient for their servers if I downloaded images and stored on their servers rather than using external images. I know that will make a slower response for visitors of the site but I can get around that. I have many products that I have on my site now that are using external images. Is there any way to download the images for each product rather than deleting the product and having to reload every one of them? I am using 9.0.2.5

I am told by my host that the database created by Woozone in Wordpress is putting a very heavy load on the server and as a result, I keep getting suspended. I shut everything down on my site and still loads were high. They pointed to the database. Said need to optimize queries. Could I be doing something wrong? I am using external images.
