We are planning to use the script for our clients’ hosting and domain name renewals. Does the script handles subscription periods eg. hosting period 01 August 2015 – 31 July 2016 and the renewal invoice that will be send to the client will write automatically the new period 01 August 2016 – 31 July 2017 and the following year the script by itself to write in the renewal invoice that will sent the dates 01 August 2017 – 31 July 2018.
Does it handle the above or shall I have to write the renewal dates manually?

Passwords are encrypted using PHP crypt & password hash for better security. You can simply use forgot password link to reset password. If you really need to do this manually, you can use Ibilling internal Password class, to encrypt password. For example, inside sysfrm/controllers/ create a file test.php with following contents -

For me recurring invoice not working properly.(it will not take subscribe automatic ) i have a request do customer login option to know more billing details. and when click client name invoice section u can see many invoice but not cleat for what each invoice, And if you click view button after that u can’t come back same client section. again you have to CRM list and search the client name like that…please make it more easy.

hi, i wanna give you one suggestion which is very important for invoice. can you please make drop down custom fields for new invoice when we create new invoice we can make custom field and fill and give our own name, cause i use this invoice for Automotive service invoice , if you give this option then we can fill vehicle information and some one use for other field , you give option this for user but if some one have more then one vehicle then all showing under invoice we can’t select one or you can give open if we fill custom field the way you give and but when we create invoce those show under new invoice and we can choose from there. thanks

How can I add customer’s credit card for recurring billing? They should not have to enter CC each month. Just receive a copy of the invoice marked as paid.
I think storing credit card is not a good idea for security. In order for the electronic storage of cardholder data to be PCI compliant, appropriate encryption. The Payment Card Industry (PCI) have created stringent data security standards (DSS) for this. Which payment gateway do you use to collect payments ?
It is quite easy to do this PCI compliant. The credit card gateway stores the CC number, you keep only local token and send token to gateway via API when it is time to charge again.
The best and easy way to do this is with OmniPay http://omnipay.thephpleague.com/
Then you can use Token billing. And you have many many gateways to use. http://omnipay.thephpleague.com/api/token-billing/If youjust want to do it with stripe, This is the purpose of Stripe.js https://stripe.com/docs/custom-form
