I found a major bug. If you create an order with 3 items, save, enter the order again, it shows 3 items ok. Then, open again and add other item, save. Enter to order again… only 3 items in the order (2 of the first edit, and the newest).

Are you adding seria number for each product in purchase anytime soon? You also need to improve the search on sales, I can’t search for anything beside the receipt number, which is ridiculous. I can’t look for any product model, serial, or any other identification. I also have a hard time when type something on sales notes and press enter.
No plan for such feature v3. Please try the sales report, you can search my serial and we are adding the option for product name. The enter issue for note in pos with onscreen keyboard will be fixed in next update. Thank you
The serial number is a very important part when you work with electronics. If I can’t keep track of my products, then I’m having problems. Beside I need to know where my products come from. I believe a lot of the people that purchased the product are having the same problem. When you make a sale, you cannot create a purchase from the sale. then you don’t know if you ordered or when that happen. Good thing I managed to change the option to Ordered, working, received.
You have a very serious error when somebody give back a product.I close my register with double the price the product was. Please check whats happening.
The serial number on sale is manual input to get record a sold item data. There is no option to manage product serials and we will check about that after v3 release. Do you mean the return sale is being adding to total sales instead of deduction. I will check this. Thank you

The promotional price is consider as the price of the item for the promotional period that is not discount. If you need that, you will need to modify the code (pos model to get product price and pos view to display it as you need). Thank you

Only 1 price is recorded while sale. You will need to modify the sale controller with relative views. Please only do it with you know or you can hire any developer to help you get desired results. Thank you
POS PIN Code Question: I saw the function PIN to unlock when sale user wants to delete item from bill. I would like to ask is there any ways to use Pin Code when sale user want to change quantity in bill?

On list products page, select the warehouse and then you have the option to edit the rack for an product and the edit product have such option too. Thank you

You can add deposit to any customer on list customers page and then add payment from deposit. There is no such option to add payment methods. Thank you
