Hi Vanquish,
i’ve purchased your PlugIn because i need both (Billing and Shipping) Adresses to be multiple. No other PlugIn can do this (I’ve tested severals)…
Installation is done (just some translation and css-works to do) and i’ve found some problems:
- in „my-account“ there is a bug in the html-structure… i think its about the columns. (sorry I’m not a PRO …can you please check it?)
- in „checkout“ the fields „Town/City“ and „Postcode/Zip“ are changed
- is it possible to „re“-select the Main-Adresses (Last used Adresses) in the „Select an adress“-Menu at checkout ?
You can have a look at www.proofprint.de… for „Kunden-Login“ you can use „DevUser“ with PW „Dev-User-01“
I would appreciate if you could help me with these issues… Sincerely, Markus
thank you for puchasing the plugin

For what concerns your questions:
- the issue you are referring is about the “edit | delete” elements positioning? I’ve released an update to “fix”. They are now positioned under the address title. It should not break the html structure anymore. If you send me a private message (click on my name then use the lower rignt box) I can send you the update. Otherwise wait for the CodeCanyon notification email.
- What do you mean with “Checkout fields Town/City and Postcode/Zip are changed”? I’ve done a few tests in your installation and the plugin seems to fill that fields correctly during the checkout process.
NOTE If you want to translate those fields, go to the woocommerce-multiple-customer-addresses\languages directory, and open the woocommerce-multiple-customer-addresses-de_DE.po file with a Po editor (like https://poedit.net/ ), translate the strings you need (like “Town/City”) and then save. It will create a woocommerce-multiple-customer-addresses-de_DE.mo file. Save it into the woocommerce-multiple-customer-addresses\languages - Thank you for your suggestion, I’ll see what I can do
P.s. for what concerns the column issue, I’ve understood. In case of pair number of addresses, the left column is positioned under the central content box. I’ve fixed this issue too with the latest update.
1. see pic 1_MyAccount0 to 4_MyAccount… there is a problem with the left sidebar depending with the amount of addresses…
2. see pic 5_Changed-City_Zip and 6_Changed_City_Zip_Checkout i don’t know if its only a german thing… the content of the fields is o.k. but they should be in another sequence…
3. see pic 7_latestusedaddresses if you’re switching to a “plugin-address” the “basic”-woocommerce adresses are not selectable anymore…
4. I made some translations with poedit and replaced the mo/po-files… nothing changed… any idea ?
thanks in advance and have a nice day, Markus
- should be fixed with by the version I’ve released yesterday. Download it from the plugin page / You account -> Downloads page
- thank you, I’ll swap the zip and city fields in the “add address” popup. I didn’t notice this thing.
- yes this new feature that you suggested in the previous comment is in the works, I hope to include in the next plugin version
- it could be that you your pages are chached or that the woocommerce-multiple-customer-addresses-de_DE.po is not reflecting your language code. open it then click the Catalogue menu -> Properties… and under Language select the language your are using
Hi,
I’ve just released an update that implements the 3. and the 2.
You should receive a CodeCanyon notification email when it’s will be ready to download.
However if you send me a private message (click on my name, then use the low-right box) I can send you directly via email.
Hi vanquish,
just want to thank you for the good support… i’ve integrated the PlugIn with some slight modifications…. have a look: www.proofprint.de
If someone needs the german translation-file please send me a message…
One thing for the future development: in the backend you can enable the field for VAT-Identification… here you should integrate the fields “Country” and “State/Province” in the same way. For some users there is no need for these fields i think.
Thanks again and have a nice weekend, Markus
Hi,
very nice work, I like how you have styled the additional addresses area.
Thank you also for the coutry/state/province fields suggestion, I’ll inlcude this option in the next release
I also really appreciate to have the german language file, If you send me a private message (click on my name, then use the low-right box) I’ll reply with my email address where you can send the file
Last thing, If you have enjoyed my plugin and/or support service and/or my efforts, please consider to leave the 5 stars
I would really really appreciate! (to leave a rating, go to your profile then click on “Download” tab and from there you can leave ratings to all your purchases).
Thank you!
compatible with WC 2.6? The my account page in W.C 2.6 is changed a lot with seperate tabs now. Thanks for your soonest reply
Hi, yes it is compatibile with WC2.6. In the new 2.6 Account pages, you will find in the Dashboard tab the list of the custom addresses and in the Addresses tab the list of the last addresses used during the Checkout process.
Hi,
I have just installed the plugin, but the new addresses are not under tab “addresses”. It’s under tab “dashboard” which doesn’t make much sense. Is it possible to move it away from dashboard and place it under “addresses”? Perhaps meanwhile you can send me a hook/filter so I can fix in my child theme for now until next update.
Hi,
as said in the previous comment you will find in the Dashboard tab the list of the custom addresses. Unfortunatelly in the new 2.6 version seems that there no woocommerce endpoint to which plugin can hook to render new data during the “Addresses” tab-page rendering. This is why I have to render custom addresses in the dashborard.
I’m working to improve this aspect. For what concerns the icons, I’ve just released an update that should fix this issue. You will receive a notification email when it it will be ready to download (CodeCanyon usually takes half a day to approve new updates).
Let me know if it fixes.
Ok, I’ve managed to list custom addresses in the addresses tab.
The upldate will be avaiable in half a day / one day. You will receive a notification email from codecanyon or you can manually check on Monday.
I hope you enjoy!
Let me know if the new version fixes your edit/delete icon issues too.
Hi Vanquish,
Last update fixed the issue. Thanks very much! Looks much better this way (y)
Only one small issue left with the icons though, but it seems to be theme related somehow. In storefront, it still shows 2 identical icons, in Avada I have no icons at all but text. Hence, I can accept the text links as long as it’s clear for user.
Examples here: Storefront: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ebv69erl98435br/Schermafdruk%202016-06-20%2020.11.41.png?dl=0
Avada: https://www.dropbox.com/s/w616qu5wzu6r1pj/Schermafdruk%202016-06-20%2020.12.09.png?dl=0Ok, thank you for having reported this issue with Sotrefront. I’ll release an update that should fix this issue.
You will get an email notification when it will be ready to download.
Let me know if it fixes.
hi, a pre-purchase question: it’s possible hide or remove the “address name”? thanks
Unfortunately not, that field is a required one. It is needed to identify the address and it is used to populate the “select addresses menu” during the checkout operation.
Hi! I just bought your multiple addresses plugin. I am using this plugin to customise the my account page. I have 4 different pages and one of them is My addresses. https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-customize-myaccount-page/
Unfortunately, the additional address button only shows on the initial my account page and not on the sub page created by the plugin( the my addresses page to be more specific)
Can you please help me find a workaround for this issue?
yes it is not an issue but it has been designed in this way.
My plugin hooks itself only in the my account page using the the woocommerce woocommerce_after_my_account action and renders additional addresses only in the My account page. It is designed in this way because it allows to define generic addresses that lately can be used as shipping or billing address.
However, If you want to display the additional address button in those pages too (but remember that the adress you will be define will be “generic” so it will avaiable both as shipping and billing) you can add the following hook to those pages woocommerce_after_my_account or edit or edit the classes\frontend\WCMCA_MyAccountPage.php class that manages the additional addresses rendering and after line 7 add this new statment:
add_action( '{custom_yith_hook}', array( &$this,'add_additional_addresses_list'), 20 );
where {custom_yith_hook} is the action called by yith plugin while rendering the sub pages.
This plugin is compatible with WooCommerce MultiStep Checkout Wizard?
Hi,
this plugin has not been tested with that one. It uses standard woocommerce hooks, it should but I cannot assure you.
If you send me a copy of that plugin I can do some test. To do that, send me a private message, the use the low-right box. I’ll reply with my email where you can send me the copy.
I purchased your theme but it is not formatting correctly on my Avada theme site. Please take a look. The add new popup is cut-off and their is only one column instead of two like on your demo site. Please help.

Hi,
thank you for reporting this issue. I’ve released the new 1.1 that should fix your issue, but I haven’t that theme so I cannot do some tests. When it will be ready to download you will receive an email notification.
Could be possible to have a backend access to do some tests? In alternative, could you send me the theme?
For both cases send me a private message by clicking on my name then use the low-right box. I’ll reply with my email.
Nice plugin,
GLWS
Thank you very much
