Most of the feature has csv dowload option.

Visitor analysis and website analyis has no download option. It’s viewable .We didn’t apply any pdf generation in sitespy.

Anyway , in your download folder, there is a folder documentation. Where you will get the documentation also. In documentation, you will get needed video or instruction for configuration.

You can get all information about theme, css, image here. Hope that will help you find where the files are located that need to change. Please be careful during changes.

There are total three themes for front end ( one for landing page and for front pages like sign up) and back end.
Landing Page’s Theme:
HTML/PHP: application/views/site/site_theme.php
CSS/JS: assets/site/
IMAGE: assets/site/images/

Front Pages’ Theme:
HTML/PHP: application/views/front/theme_front.php
CSS/JS: assets/css/ + assets/js/ + bootstrap/
IMAGE: assets/images/

Sign Up Form: (sign up form is loaded into front theme)
HTML/PHP: application/views/page/sign_up.php
CSS: sign_up_page_layout/

Backend Theme:
HTML/PHP: application/views/admin/theme.php
CSS/JS: all css and js for back end are loaded in application/views/include/js_include_back.php and css_include_back.php

You should follow this video for google API https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rn0JFPMvCzc . This one is latest. Nothing so difference, just need to enable google url shortner API.

MOZ api system is described in documentation.

Visitor analysis: You can track only your website. Where you have access. After adding the site in the SiteSpy, a js code will be given. You need to add this code into your site.

Website Analysis : You can analyze any website. Other peoples website too.

There is no relation with google web master account with this system.

We will try to provide pdf in future release. But i can’t give you a specific date. But off-course will try our best

Have you configure Google Mobiel Ready API key (PageSpeed Insight API) in the system ?

Would you please give me the application url and admin user password, then i can check what really wrong.

But we also notices, Google Mobile Ready API is new in google. And sometimes this api fails to calculate. But most of time it should work.

Yes I configured all api from admin panel, I think you did mistake to make the system for User use their own Connectivity setting.

How Can I Do that user no need enter any API in connectivity setting, means I want to remove the Connectivity setting option from user panel & Use admin connectivity setting as global.

Sometime whois information gives country name not country code. That’s it sometime missed flag. We will fix it in our next release.

It should display country wise new visitir. May be today has no new visitor from any country

Hi, Why did you changed the config. It will not work. Roll back to previous state.

You can try with

Yes it will better to use proxies of-course. This will keep you in safe zone. Setting proxy option is available in the application. Though it’s optional. But it good to use proxy.

No , email issue is other. But it should work if the settings are correct. It’s working perfectly in our end.

Some server doesn’t allow to send from other server. Make sure the port of your email server is allowed your server.

No, user will not deleted from databse. We just make it hide. Because of some reason. We beleive this is the best practise that you will not loss data if accedently delete any user.

Hi, I am not a server expert but, it should work. It worked for me every time. Yes, data is not deleted from database actually because there may have data in other tables for that user. Deleting row will cause database relation error.

You must add sir because this is a analytics and scripts must have functions to track the visitors activities and also please ad ip tracking and blacklisted ips and so on to check proxy visitors.

I have seen ip tracer on admin it would be so good if you can keep it for register clients too
