I am having trouble with showing the directories. I can only get all three to show. I can’t just pull one directory. Here is my code [sabai-directory-categories addon=”CountryListings”]
Oh, and I’ve tried [sabai-directory-categories addon=”Providers by Country”] which is the name I renamed it. As well as trying the addon name as lower case.
Yet CountryListings works as the addon id for “sabai-directory-add-listing-button”
Addon names do not include spaces, so CountryListings is most likely the correct one.
so why is it not working to only pull up that directory? But it works for adding buttons? I am using the new update.
It seems to work in every other shortcode but categories
Nevermind, I guess it’s addons for that shortcode only. And addon everywhere else. That seems an odd decision, but oh well. It’s solved. Thanks.

Or you can directly edit the source of the plugin but the modifications will be lost when you update the plugin. wp-content/plugins/sabai/lib/Sabai/Helper/RenderComments.php

Hello – I have a few pre sale questions about the claim listing / manage listing feature. I am looking for a directory solution for mental health providers. We plan to import an initial list and then use the feature for guest users to submit a listing and register at the same time. (1) For the imported providers, we would like individual providers to be able to manage their own listing (edit their fields) but do not require them to pay. Is it possible to claim the listing for the provider in WordPress admin so they do not have to pay? (2) For the imported providers, can we also import a WordPress username and have a password generated (or import a password) or do we need to create the user accounts manually? (3) When a guest user submits a listing and registers at the same time, is there a setting for us to manually approve these listings before they display publicly?

Thank you for your interest in the plugin!
1) Yes, you can have the listings set to claimed from the backend. Or if you do not need the payment feature, you can simply not install the Sabai PaidListings plugin which provides the payment feature.
2) WordPress accounts do need to be created manually and then you can associate listings to those accounts by specifying User IDs in the CSV file.
3) Yes, you can configure which user role(s) require admin approval for their submitted listings, from the access control settings in the backend.

Hi again – I have one more question. When an approved listing owner logs into WordPress and updates his/her listing, is there a way for the website owner (admin) to know that the listing was updated?

One last thing, I’m trying to add custom fields under the review section but every time I add them and click okay they disappear and I can’t find them on the review form. Any ideas? As for guest posting, please go to Directory -> Settings -> Access Control and make sure the Add listings permission is granted to the Guest user role.

Does it mean that the single listing page does not display? Any error you are seeing instead?

There is no okay button as you mention, can you tell us exactly on which page you are referring to? Is it the Directory -> Reviews -> Fields -> Manage Form page in the backend?

I’ve set the access control so that add listing permission is granted to the guest user but when I try it as a guest on another device and even as the admin it take me to a page that says ‘Nothing Found’.
I get the same message when I click on a listing on my directory page and am not taken to another page. I would like it so that I am taken to another page with the listing and reviews, and the same when a guest adds a listing and a review.
And lastly for the review custom fields I was referring to: directory > reviews > fields > Your Rating – directory_rating

As for the cluster image files, please update Sabai Directory and Sabai GoogleMaps plugins to 1.3.31dev1 via online update. Then, go to Directory -> Settings -> Map, make sure the marker cluster image URL is http://[Your WP URL]/wp-content/plugins/sabai-googlemaps/assets/images/markercluster and Save Changes.

Improved: Random sorting to display results in same order for 1 hour
But apparently this is affecting the shortcodes for widgets and now to refresh the pages do not change listings presented

Is it not that you are using the caching feature of the widget on your site? Can you try editing the widget, enable the “Do not cache output” option and see if that fixes the issue?

I have the problem when I put next shortcode in a wordpress widget

Additional: I like, that my users can comment the activity stream. I don’t use Reviews etc. only your Plugin to make classifieds. How can I activate comments for the stream?

Hi! I bought and installed the plugin, but in every place there is a text editor (Add listing details, contact form, reviews), the ‘Add Media’, ‘Shortcodes’ buttons appear on top of the text editor box even for Non-Admins!!. How can I remove/hide those buttons for non-admins??

The button is displayed to users with the “upload_files” capability. The capability is for admin users by default, so is it that on your site you have granted this capability to other user roles? You can check what capabilities are granted to each user role using the Members plugin for example. https://wordpress.org/plugins/members/
