Yes, it is compatible with any WP theme. Only visual builder/composer we support right now is visual composer. You can still use short codes using our classic shortcode manager.

Hi, There is no difference in Standalone and Addon version of client area when it comes to functionality. Addon is strongly integrated in WHMpress and have less price than standalone. We currently do not have a single package.

please try again, there should not be any such thing as support system do not have functionality to block the logins even if your support is expired on envato.

On first click from his WP he will land to his WHMCS (which can come within WP using client area addon) and there he will be able to add other products into his order.
There is currently no option (some are queued for development) in WHMPress that allows user to select multiple products all togather and then click add to cart.

TinyMCE and WHMpress have a conflict. There is no workaround to this right now, other than commenting out a few lines in plugin. And since we roll-out updates real fast, it can get too hectic.
So if I get the plugin can you give me some insight of how to make them work together?

Your license have been decommissioned, you may re-register from the domain of your choice.
In future, if you have access to old installation, you can un-register it from there using WHMpress > settings > registration “un-register WHMpress” and then register from new location.

1. Still needs compatibility with other Visual Composer Plugins such as Ultimate Addons, Visual Composer Extensions All in One and Visual Composer Extensions. For example trying to place a WHMPRess Element inside a Tab Element from 3rd party plugins does not work. There are workarounds for this however.
2. Pricing Tables do not CENTER within the element column they are placed. There are no options to do so in the interface so Custom CSS has to be used for these.
3. Pricing Tables are not responsive. They should really fill the container column they are placed.
4. Pricing Boxes are “sort of responsive” but need some work. Placing more than 2 Pricing Boxes in template makes them look very “crowded”. I would change the breakpoint on these to drop the button and price below the description sooner than its set at the moment. It would be nice to see settings for Typography, Layout such as vertical and horizontal (vertical placing the order button at the bottom rather than the side). Custom CSS can be used for this but let’s face it, we use Visual Composer to avoid having to do this. I do appreciate the fact that I can technically add each of these elements separate to get my desired result, however having these options all in 1 element would be preferred.
5. No Style Options for Pricing Tables. On the demo site you show many styles available for pricing tables. There seem to be no options available using visual composer.

Thanks for detailed analysis, any such feedback as yours help us to improve the product.
1. There are many VC plugins around and it is almost impossible to check how WHMpress behaves with each. But if when a customer points some thing, we look into it and try to solve it.
2. We just retested with and “Pricing tables” do center themselves. Which theme you are using?
3. At first “pricing tables” worked that way but on customer feedback the default behavior was changed. Also now as we have introduced templates, one can make a template that will fill the container.
4. In initial versions Pricing tables were meant for vertical use and Price boxes for Horizontal use (one in per line). But now as we have template system (which is not just styling with CSS, but you can template any shortcode with your own HTML), and you can style pricing table any way you want. And you are right after this, there is no need of “Price Box” shortcode any more. It is being kept for historical purpose only.
5. While inserting the Shortcodes, The first option always is “to select a template”. If templates are not showing up for you, go to WHMpress > Settings > Styles > “Load matching css/templates from” > select “No Matching Templates”.
Here is what the options in combo mean.
1. No Matching Templates >> These are the templates that do not match with theme you are using, they have their own styling. You may use one that suits you.
2. Matching Templates by Theme Author >> WHMpress have released an authors kit, which allows theme authors to skin/template WHMpress components to match with their themes. You can select this option if your theme have included support for WHMpress.
3. Matching Templates by WHMPress >> We have included matching templates for famous themes, this includes 3clicks, avada, alska, inhost, truehost. If you are using Avada for example, only avada matching templates will show up.
As you referred the styles that are in our demo, you should select option 1 from combo.

I’d like to be able to nest an order button within a tabbed content area in Visual Composer. However, if I create a row within the tabbed area, the option to select a WHMPress element is not available – WHMPress elements can only be selected in a separate row. Is there a way around this?

As for now, you can insert Text Area and then select the button code from within the WHMPress in WP editor menu.

We’re building a site at the moment but when we’re using the pricing_table short code it doesn’t contain any “Decimal” places.
This means that the pricing is rounded up to the closest whole number or down
E.g. 2.99 = 3
4.49 = 4
We need exact pricing to be displayed in full as that is the price, how do we get this to work please.

In WHMpress > Settings > Default Values > Price > Decimals > Select “2” from dropdown. This should do the trick.

Yes,”WHMpress Client Area Addon” will do exactly that and much more. Optionally you can hide certain parts including powered by or certain parts of menu like “contact us” and “choose language” etc.

I just have one question before I purchase this plugin: Is there any affiliate solution in it? Actually in whmcs default affiliate system they provide affiliate links which only takes a visitor to the registration page which is not professional enough. So we want a affiliate system that will work both on wordpress and whmcs.
for example: if an affiliate sends a visitor to a shared hosting package’s page of wordpress the visitor should be tracked and the affiliate link of that page should be like this: www.mydomain.com/shared-hosting/ref=?affiliateusername so we can track visitors in every pages and it will make the affiliation system better and professional. Let me know if there is any solution like this in WHMpress. Any premium addone or additional charges are acceptable. Thanks.

Just upgraded both WHMPress and Visual Composer and bought WHMCS Pricing Sliders and Comparison Tables addon.We wasted the entire day trying to figure out why Visual Composer would not load. Only to discover that WHMPress v2.6.6 has a number of JS conflict in Admin with ArkaHost.When can we expect and update? If VS won’t load, then we cannot make updates. Without WHMPress working, there is no need for WHMCS Pricing Sliders and Comparison Tables.
