Hi, I have a problem with Listing photos because they have an incorrect path when properly loaded. For example:

This seems to happen rarely on a particular setup of WordPress. We do have a fix for it but did not make it into version 1.3.30 (will be in 1.3.31). I’ve got couple questions and also a request for you.
1st thing I am having troubles with are youtube videos. Every time and in every browser I open a page with sabai listing where youtube video are included it displays the video with no height so it looks shrank until I zoom in or out. How can I fix that, please? Also, I’d like to make it possible to switch to the full screen. I didn’t find it in the settings anywhere and also I have youtube videos on my homepage and the full screen is working fine.
2nd thing I’d like to talk about is ETM ( Easy Translation Manager plugin ) I am using on my site. I can translate Sabai Directory and Sabai Questions plugins but I am unable to figure out how to translate either single listing or question. I’ve already mentioned that to developers of ETM plugin and I am awaiting for their response now, however, I wanted to mention that to you too. I’d like to hear your opinion on this as I am planing to stick to ETM plugin instead of switching to WPML.

Is it possible to set all new entries to “pending” and send a “pending mail” to the user?

A new listing is marked as “Pending” if the author does not have the permission “Add Listings (without approval)” granted in Directory -> Settings -> Access Control. Unfortunately there is no “pending mail” send to the user.
When I add an Add-On to the Paid Listing Plans in the settings of Sabai, it doesn’t appear in the frontend. How can I fix that?

Add-on plans can only be ordered from the directory dashboard in the frontend. We will see if we can display them on the add listing form as well in the later version of the plugin.
OK. I’m in the directory dashboard in the frontend where I can see a list of my listings. But there is no possibility to order an add-on. Where can I find the button to order the add-on?
There should be a dropdown button with a gear icon for each listing on the directory dashboard. When you click the button there should be a link to order add-on plans. If not, please make sure that the listing already has a base plan associated, since add-on plans can only be purchased on top of a base plan.

Hi, I have used the plugin before and is great but for another project I need to alter the search box so that you select a category first and then enter a location (currently it shows location input first then category select) is it possible to swap these around and if so how would I do this?

within the dev Version of your plugin some days ago the navigation link from “directory” doesnt change to the title of the listing. That was nice. With the new version the “Directory” from Navigation changes again if a listing is opend… Thats not good.. How could this be changed?

That depends on what you are referring to as “compatible”. The plugin most likely should install and activated fine with that theme. As for the search bar, you will need to edit your theme file(s) since you are trying to remove the search bar that is already in your theme. No plugin can do that for you automatically.
After that you can use the [sabai-directory-search-form] shortcode with the do_shortcode function to display the search form of our plugin in your theme template file(s).

Did something change with the maps in the recent update? Our maps sidebar (with directions search) seems to have disappeared and all of our listings are missing their address fields.
Update: For some reason the Sabai Google Maps plugin wasn’t included in the automatic update through the WordPress dashboard. I deleted the plugin, downloaded Version 1.3.30 from here and uploaded it. Looks like it’s working fine now 
Any idea why that wasn’t included in the automatic update?
Update 2: The Sabai Settings add-on list is telling me to update GoogleMaps addon for Sabai and displaying it as 1.3.28, but the plugins list is clearly showing it as 1.3.30 since I just installed it. I clicked “Upgrade this add-on” and got the message, “Press the button below to upgrade GoogleMaps to version 1.3.30.”
There must be some sort of confusion going on here within the system which might be what caused the initial problem as I upgraded all add-ons simultaneously before. What should I do?

Can you try removing the sabai-googlemaps folder from wp-content/plugins, and re-upload the new ones instead of overwriting them? Note that you do not need to deactivate or delete the plugin from the Plugins section of WordPress.

Please go to Settings -> Sabai, try clearing the cache there and makes sure your purchase code entered there as well and press Save Changes. Then go to the Plugins section of WordPress backend and see if the updates are displayed.

MarkusS28 , to update the plugin just go into your WP dashboard. go into Plugins and there you can update now each plugin, always update all the new Sabai plugins , I think there are 4. Then you have to go in WP Dashboard into settings, Sabai. and upate all the ADD Ons … this is absolutely necessary. hope that helped…by the way Kazu, thanks for update

you can ignore the first question, i found the solution. but now i have another questions:
3) i use an existing page (settings -> pages) for the directory index. if i open the page there are no results. when i search: no results. if i click on categories: no results.
any idea whats wrong?
4.) when i use a shortcode ([sabai-directory view=”map” sort=”distance” distance=”0” list_map_show=”1” feature=”1” return=”1”]) on another page, there are my listings. but for example: when i click there on the category -> i will be forwarded to the default category page (settings -> pages) and there are no results again.

3)4) Are there actually listings on your site and do you see them in the backend? What does happen when you visit the single listing pages? Also there is an option “Hide from the index page” under Directory -> Settings -> Claims -> Unclaimed Listing Settings. Can it be that the option is checked and that all your listings are unclaimed?

I need the code to generate an array of listing owner ID’s that’s all i need. i plan to perform that in the header of the buddypress profile and if the viewing account id is in that array then they can have a profile, if not then they don’t have a profile. What is that code? Just generate a list of all owners will do.

Hi again Thanks for the quick response re export. No export means we need to manage the data outside Sabai and do regular imports to add new and update. Can the import script do an update on existing records?
Most importantly, is it possible to import without having to use the import screen (ie without matching up the fields each time manually) – can we do the import programmatically/ api? We need to be able to update individual records easily and still have the data external to Sabai.

Yes, the CSV importer lets you update listings if the entries in CSV contain listing IDs. It is also possible to to import data programmatically, but will require custom developed code of course.
