Pre-Purchase Question I have online tutorial website. I need to sell tutorials individually and tier membership subscription system. I have two tier subscriptions as Free & Paid.
Q.1) With this plugin can I working with woo commerce cart function and sync that purchased details to UMP Account Subscription section?
Q.2) I need to watch them purchased tutorials in account section with link. Can I add purchased Post/Tutorial URLs to their account page automatically? Example : If someone purchased a tutorial with WooCommerce, They can see that purchased tutorial with link in account section. Under purchases?

You can look mostly anything from a WP environment and also, you can set to show up into Overview tab from Account Page Links to specific Tutorial based on Subscriptions.
The Payments are managed only via UMP.

This is a pre-purchase query. I want to know -
1) Is MembershipPRO is compatible with ThemeForest theme WOffice? (http://themeforest.net/item/woffice-intranetextranet-wordpress-theme/11671924?s_rank=1). It also uses Visual page builder. It also has its login and register pages, social login, page privacy options, and custom user roles.
2) Is myCRED (https://wordpress.org/plugins/mycred/) compatible with MembershipPRO? Can I use myCRED points and rewards for different levels and actions of MembershipPRO?
3) Does every membership level have a custom page?
4) Is the locked or paid content excluded from the site feeds?

The Login module working very well. You need to have an active registered account first which should be linked with your Social account to use a Social alternative for Login. Check the Knowledge Base for further details.

You can use a Drip Content feature to release the content on a specific date or after a while when the user got the subscription. You can set for which Level when will expire and if the content it shows only for that active Level, once is expired the content will not show up anymore.

The authentication can be done only how is provided by WP, username and password. UMP has a standalone system to manage payments, subscriptions directly inside the system, it doesn’t needs and interaction with Woo. Thanks for the reply. I am still not clear if this will work with any specific 2 factor authentication and particularly CLEF. Also since we are already using IDevAffiliates will this be compatible with the same. Please give a neophyte / newbie who merely calls himself a WP_Ninja, a more clear answer: a) Will work with 2 factor aunthetication, Specifically CLEF (YEs/no). b) Compatible with IDEVAffiliate (Yes/No). 3) Need to route through Woocommerce because it accepts our local Indian payment gateway. So please say Yes/No if compatible to route into woocommerce. If not compatible with woocommerce can we have a way to route the cart on your plugin to any payment gateway?

Hi Azzaroco, If like that, I create a pricing table then if user want to sign up the partner package then they have to subscribe or sign up any partner package after it will redirect the link to partner registration form which is prepared by this themes then after they fill up the form then they need to paid the fees then get approval from admin. Can I using this plugin to do like this or not? Thank You

But on the “Login Page” is “Username” on the first input label…. this must be “E-Mail”. But when i change it in the language file then all words with Username are E-Mail. Where i can edit this label?

Ok i will try again (my english isnt very good)...
On the login page is “Username” on the first input. The label is wrong. I have to enter my email. When i change the “Username” in the language File to email then i have 2 fields with label “email” on the register page….
Thats why i look for the file where the login is generated.

Hello, 1. How is the best way to set up a coupon code that is automatically applied when a person clicks to renew their subscription. I am having trouble. I want people to sign up for $175 but when they renew receive a $50 discount every time they renew after the first transaction. Thoughts?
2. Also, the current way I have a member set up is they pay for a “new membership” at $175 with one time payment and when it expires they are moved to the normal membership level which costs $125 to renew. However, when they are moved over to the member level the ending date is incorrect. It just says a bunch of “00000000”. Currently I am having to manually set the expiration date when people are moved to the “downgraded” member level. Is there a way to have their membership set for 1 year when they are moved over to the knew role? Then they can renewing at any point at the lower level with the cheaper price.

The Coupon needs to be used any time when a payment is proceed. If is about a Recurring payment the coupon can cover the entire period or only the first payment, depends how the coupon is set to work.
The Expire Time is updated automatically once the payment is confirmed into the system, until then the Level will be on Hold or Expired.

Pre-Sale Q: Hi, I’m just checking your excellent plugin, but it seems there is a strange thing in it. If a new visitor act to register (at the moment we assume our subscription plans are all free), right after sending the registration form (without any need to verify his email, I mean even his WP-role is pending and his email is unapproved) he behaved like a registered and signed-in user and can access to any pages which are restricted only for registered users!!
Could it be a bug? or I miss something in settings?
Of course, I see that after signing out he could not sign-in again, unless his email address verified, but his access to all pages just because he filled the form is very dangerous.
Could you please clear to me how to deal with this strange problem?

Once the user is Pending, he can not logIn at all. You can have a try on our Demo website where the users are set as Pending and if you register a new account will not be able to see restricted content.

But unfortunately the demo website is too slow and don’t let me test the registration on it (ReCaptcha Verification expired before redirection completed).
Anyway, I make a test environment for your plugin, and I still see that after a dummy user fill the registration form and submit it, automatically signed-in and granted access to restricted pages, even though his email address is not approved and his WP-Role status in the dashboard is: Pending!
But YES, if he logout, he can not login AGAIN unless he approves his email address!

I’m researching this plugin … will be buying a membership plugin soon. This sounds good except that apparently I can’t have a functioning version of this in my development area. For obvious reason, I’ll need to be able to have this working on BOTH the live and dev areas as development will continue after the site is live.

Requirements
We want to provide private support through bbpress forum – one to one user base and keeping record of discussion in the forum.
Each user can only see his topic, read its replies and make replies and but he should not read or see the topics of other users or replies. bbpress content should be entirely private for each user.
Can your plugin do this? Have you any tutorial for this if it can be done?
