Currently, it only allows to have text the tab title. If you want then you would have to get the plugin modified to support images.
HI There Very happy with your plugin wooatm. One thing I need to be able to do and my customer will be extremely happy is to place the product gallery in the product details page into a tab. Any suggestions how this could be done?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is there a shortcode for the product gallery – I can’t seem to find anything like that.

Hi Bev,
Why don’t you create a new tab and use WordPress gallery to showcase your images. If you want you can get a shortcode created for woocommerce product gallery then you can put that shortcode if you want.

This plugin allows you to add custom tabs and accordions. With the current version of the plugin it is not possible to modify default code without some custom code.
Loving this plugin but I’m wondering how to re-order the product tabs. I want to put any custom wooatm tabs below the description tab, but above any other tabs (reviews and additional info). I have the code to re-order the default tabs but I’m not sure where to go from there.

okay so basically the wooatm tabs priority starts with 301 so what you need to do is set the priority of reviews to 400 and additional information to 401.

Yes, this is created using our plugin. The plugin allows you to add custom tabs and you can put any type of content inside those tabs.

No, it’s just text. The text is added to the editor. What you need is something different and that can be possible but for that you would need to get something custom.

Can you please let me know what’s not working ? We haven’t mentioned anywhere that it is compatible with Woo Detail Product Page Builder. If you can share more details then we would definitely help you. We have tested it across many themes and it works fine. But we can’t guarantee the compatibility with any third party plugin as we haven’t really tested it with them then how can we say it.
But anyways if you want help then please share your website details on support@magnigenie.com or if you want a refund then you would have to contact envato support because we don’t deal with payment and all its all handled by them.

Hi I asked for support 14 days ago and I have been asking since. I also purchased the extended support. I sent the user name and the password so you can have a look at the plugin on the website. I cannot use the plugin fully. In addition today it is moving the content of the tabs under different sections. For instance, when plugin is activated Free From tab looks empty. Try it with tab shows user reviews ( it should not show user reviews, it should show products to be tried with). I deactivated the plugin now. I need this plugin issue to be troubleshooted as soon as possible please. Waiting for your reply. Thank you

There is another problem with the plugin. When activated wooatm moves the content of tabs to other tabs. Free From Tab content moves to the Look, Feel, smell tab. When it moves Free from looks empty. Look, Feel Smell tab content moves to User Reviews tab. User Reviews tab content moves to Try it with tab. Try it with tab content disappears. When I deactivate wooatm, everything looks where it is supposed to be. How can we fix this?

So make sure to unzip the downloaded file and then try to install the zip file inside it using WordPress admin.

The wooatm folder in the codecanyon download was not zipped. I zipped the wooatm folder in the unzipped code canyon file. Then uploaded that on the website and then it looks like it is working but it is not fully functional. I cannot change the colors, or fonts or borders for that matter. I cannot keep the first tab closed as well. Please help
