Hi,
My client uses your plugin to organize events and assigns members of the website to certain events. This produces a lot of events and it would be handy if there was some kind of search mechanism to comb through the events.
Is anything planned to make something like this, or is there a feature that I can turn on so that my client can search for events?

- Is it possible for user to ask to “pay locally” with a formal choice (aka click “paypal” or click “I’ll pay locally”)
- Can I limit the number of attendees ?
- Can I decrease manually the number of remaining slots (for people booking out of internet) ?
- Do you have event “types” on which I can put the price for all of them ? Is it possible to book several event at a time ? with a “discounted price” ? (eg 25 for one, 50 for 3 …)
- Can I export / access the list of the attendees of all event ? Any interface with mailchimp (or other list) forecasted to prepare newsletter ?

And I have complementary question having seen your demo on color customization : I don’t see full customization of color especially : global background color (the white on your demo) and the alternate line color on the calaendar (the grey ?), the color of the text (only white or black ?), the background of the popup on monthly calendar (and its color of text and link) regards

Hi, here are the answers to your questions.
1. Yes, users can pay offline.
2. Yes, you can limit the number of attendees.
3. Yes, you can decrease the number of seats manually.
4. No, you cannot set prices for many evens at once.
5. Yes, you can export the list of attendees for specific events.
6. There is no full customization of the calendar, only the header section and event category colors can be edited.
7. Yes, we provide refunds but only when there is a compatibility issue that cannot be fixed

No, refunds cannot be awarded instantly by the plugin. Any colors you see outside the calendar are from the website and not the plugin.

those are predetermined colors in the plugin, you can only edit those through css.

its in a css file, you will have to search for it using firebug in your browser. We cannot provide support for plugin modifications.
Is it possible to set an event that goes for 4 weeks from monday to friday and does not show up on weekends in the calendar view? Regards, Martin
No, you would need to create one event and make copies of it for each additional week.
thought about it, but it is a paid event so how do I do this? I can’t make each week 1/4 the price, cause they might think that they only need one or two weeks.
You will need to treat events differently for each week as the plugin does not skip weekends automatically.

Hi, the payment gateways available in the plugin are PayPal, Authorize.net, and Stripe payments.
I haven’t seen anything that will allow me to change the colors for the registration page submit button. My clients say they can see the light grey box with white lettering and I can’t find options in the back end to make those changes. Any coding I can enter to change it or options that I am missing?

You can edit that message in General Settings > Confirmation tab, at the very bottom, the last text box on that tab.
Sweet. That get’s lost in there at the bottom. Maybe add a dotted line and title that section so it’s more clear. I thought that was for email confirmations being that this is right above it “Do you want to receive email notifications when someone registers?” Also it was blank. Thanks a lot for the quick response!

HUGE problem with this as I deleted some dates and updated text on event pages an they save but do no update on the pages themselves, people keep seeing old stuff. I have cleared my cashe and still old stuff and not the changes on the front end.

It seems it may be a good choice for my company and I’d like to know if your plugin would enable me the desired functionality (or if it isn’t possible right now).
I run a language school and I want to add to my website a scheduling plugin (with concrete dates, not just fixed timetable) to manage classes (groups), teachers, students and classrooms.
My desired features list:
- ability to assigning: class (group), location, teacher, students with „collision detector“ e.g. a teacher is not assigned to the 2 different classes at the same time (but student can be in 2 different groups).
- teachers and students should be WP registered users so they can log in and see their lessons/timetable
- setting recurrent events (e.g. group course lasts 70 lessons from September to June) with days off (holidays, winter holidays).
- filtered view from the front end
- ability to easily translate the plugin (eg. using Poedit)

Yes, each event can have its own custom registration fields/questions
It’s possible to apply extra field to any additional attendees? In the checkout i only look form name and surname.
At the moment only first and last name of additional attendees can be added but we’re already working on allowing custom questions for additional attendees as well.

You need to upload it through the wp admin section and not ftp.
