Hi, I have just bought the plugin and tried to use it but it had few problems. - At the last step, where there is captcha and submit button, it shows a blank ‘back’ button, without any writing or colour specified. Even if I removed ‘back’ in the step, its still there. - Also, when going to the next step, the whole page moves so that the next field to be filled out is at the top of the browser. Which makes it really annoying.

I recently bought a plug-in. Well, I do not know how to sort the button in the center. By conventional methods it seems to be in error, How did you have to order to align the central button of the plug-in?

On the last page of my form, when I hit the BACK button, it appears to go back, but the form is blank. The back button on all the other pages seems to work correctly.

http://blueridgeassistedliving.com/apply-online/Hello fatcreat, You need not insert the “back” button on the last step, it will appear automatically. So, if you insert manually, the plugin will think this button is a “next” button => the form will work incorrectly.
I deleted the wrong button on the last step for you. Now the form works correctly.

I solved all your problems
Thought I started a chat with Tommy on the Facebook chat (Hello Celeste, Thank for your test from http://bit.ly/FBChatPlugin. My name is Tommy. I have a quick question. Where did you find the Facebook chat plugin? In one of the emails envato sends or on code canyon?), but after answering his question, he’s left me hanging.
Just installed this plugin and I can’t get past step 4. Hit the next button and the steps reload and the back/next buttons disappear. How can I fix this? I’ve deactivated all other plugins and changed the theme to 2016, same issue.

I updated new version of the plugin (1.7) to your website, and the error has fixed.
The problem is : Contact Form 7 plugin wraps your form with < p> tags automatically, it conflicts with our plugin. To fix the problem, i disabled that function throught our plugin. And, the new problem is: the texts in your form do not break line automatically anymore. You can break your texts manually with < br> or < p> tags. Please understand, and you can contact me any time if you have any problems.

Each of our steps is a different length. However, when the “next” button is clicked, the focus doesn’t go to the top of the form, but stays in the same place it was in the previous step. Is there a way to get it to the top of the form on each step?

Thanks for a great plugin. I have a small problem: I also have https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7-signature-addon installed and in use, and it seems that multistep prevents that plugin from working…. I can’t write / sign on that plugin’s canvas.
