yellowducklingval – the developer is not obligated to develop any features, he doesn’t even need to do updates and release them, when you purchased the script you purchased it as it. You purchase didn’t say you would be receiving x amount of software updates, which included all the features that other scripts have. With this being said the source code is not encrypted, you are free to modify any or all the source code. You know what this means… You can hire a developer to customize your setup to meet your needs.

I am just posting my point of view after reading your the statement you have posted. “The programmer should gradually improve the functionality thereof with the features people will suing him.”

Each and every one of the features that I have put in my message, the lead demanding much of karenderia users during the last year.

As for the dispatch system, if you could visualize http://dispatchsystem.net/, it is the version required to karenderia dispatch.

As for print, web karenderia reason to integrate with gprs or within the application own order karenderia track printer, including thermal printer connection (wifi, bluethooth, email and sms). Such as (https://www.gloriafood.com/auto-printing-setup). It is because most restaurants do not have pc and is a lot cheaper and faster smartphone or tablet (with the app karenderia order tracking and connected to a printer and scanner) or a gprs printer. Be accessed by a computer, to a backend not responsive, to print the ticket (ticket which in many countries is a must print and delivery along with the request for pickups in the restaurant).

When I refer to commission billing , I do not mean a billing system as may be sage or others.

For users of this. All these ideas are great, but I think what people are not understanding is this is a modular script built on yii. All of these features requested can be achieved with minimal php knowledge. As far as a dispatch system, there is a program written in yii by appdupe that can be easily integrated for 9 bucks. As far as printing this can be achieved by sending order by stmp or even sms to email which will in turn allow for a print on either a piece of paper or if thermal, hp offers a line of thermal email to print. As far as commission billing system there are several crms that allow for csv import. This is also way more secure than not having the two systems combined and uses less resources. A responsive admin panel? Why would the webmaster need this? I mean editing a website on a phone seems redundant. Besides with minimal knowledge of uikit you can make it responsive. I think for 28 bucks all of this is way more than complete. The comeneat app is way more expensive and at then end of the day does the same thing. Truly this app can even be done in wordpress which would allow all those features. Minus the native app. Although a yii integration would also allow use of the app.

Basti, I am having an issue with RAM being consumed on my server. My admin said there is a memory leak in your application that is using my RAM. Probably in one of the CRON jobs. Perhaps it is related to the PHP Fatl Error I am getting.

Hi I have purchased your script. Its works in locally perfectly.But when i upload it to server there are some problem arise. When i uploading image its not showing in my website.and it cannot save in upload folder.How can i solve this.

Ummm New Orders Can or should be sent by email, so the print thing is silly, it can already be done with email to print, its how all services work including Grubhub… As far as a driver extension, this can be done as there are a ton of uber clones for that purpose, in fact, there is one that is already written in YII, you just have to do a little programming to integrate it… But I agree for 28 bucks all these features are insane. Mind you I still think Basti should update the script to his newest demo, as the old script is a bit outdate, but all these add ons should be extra…

Thanks to phwac for such a thourough review of the new theme’s bugs. I had started re-theming and most of what I wanted is now in the new theme, so I’d just wait for official release

Basti I agree with flashitnow. This script should cost more. I never realized how much work you did till I took the time to manage to understand the system and I’m like wow for $28. I know I was initially mad at your response rate. Now here is some advice: do not charge for new theme and updates, rather increase the script fee to between 90 to 150 USD and ask all the initial purchasers to donate towards the project so you can raise money to get team members on board who would help with documentation and possibly evolving an API. Summarily you might just leave Envato entirely and run purely on your own. I did some level of PHP programming years back and I’m returning to it now and I know the amount of work and hours that must have gone into a script like yours. Thank you for such a product. At some point I would be willing to donate around $50 via PayPal if you show me how. Keep the good work going (and add good support), the WORLD would bow!

I am not bombarding him Flowitnow, i am merely helping him take note on certain things for his next updates. not demanding he fix anything right now. anyways mate i think i spoke about this earlier. right now merchants or restaurants receive orders via fax, email, sms and now you introduce the ordering taking app. To be honest it will help us all owners if you really dived into the order taking app. for example if i ordered food from store A and then the data is transferred to store A’s order taking app.Then store A can accept the order and print the receipt to their pos printer. This order taking app will be on a tablet. I am pressing on this because in the future i would like to install tablets in restaurants with the order taking app on the tablet for receiving online orders. We would need to have a print service in the order taking app to print via wi-fi or usb. This way we save our merchants fax and sms money.

The order taking app will be like a back-end (kitchen) system for receiving online orders but in the future if you plan on building a pos for the front of the store this can also be linked to the back end where when orders are placed on the front of the store it will be received on the order taking app for processing by the kitchen in the back. See where i am going with this mate. just an idea that i think will help your sales and make us( your customers) very happy. That is all mate. Thanks.

I just wanted to say kudo’s to you, man you have a lot of patients to be dealing with most of these people who have purchased your script.

I was just reading over the comments, I would of gone mad. $28 is a steal for this script, with all the functions you have added to it.

Now this is just my two cents – You should of actually made the new themes you created an add on product, You have many customers that have purchased your script for just $28. Just imagine them all purchasing the theme pack for eh $15 or so.

I so wish your script was written in CodeIgniter then I would be able to customize the script, without worrying about loosing my customization’s when new update is released.
