Basti also the view restaurants by map should have reset map button and also a way to show customer what the color codes are. I know some of the colors denote that there are multiple restaurants close to each other. we need to show what those different colors mean on the bottom of the maps so customers know and are not running around trying to figure out what they mean. our jobs as programmers is to make online browsing easy and not a headache haha. nice work on the new theme and by the way can we have someway of changing theme colors automatically within admin panel. i kinda did my logo on the old theme colors and now its a shame i cannot use old theme. i guess i can change the colors in code but think about the amount of time you will save not answering how to change theme colors if you already have a way to change them within admin panel.
Also we need to have a popup for customers to add their email address on the main page for coupons. i know we have one on the bottom but most sites drive more business with the popup version of the email subscription. also the old theme had some issues with the usage of logos of merchants being too big or not clear. hope this issue will be fixed and also we need new theme to be fast and responsive. I was trying to clear and order or delete one i created and i always get the google popup asking if that is what i want. i know there is a way to clear carts without that showing up. i think it is best because sometimes people or customers might check the box to not see the dialog box anymore and then we may have a problem where they cant clear their cart anymore unless they close browser and go back to the site. ANOTHER BIG BIG THING IS THE REVIEWS. WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO LINK YELP REVIEWS AND GOOGLE REVIEWS TO OUR REVIEWS SO PEOPLE CAN SEE ALL THREE AT THE SAME TIME OR SEPARATELY BUT ON THE SAME MERCHANTS ACCOUNT OR STORE. we also need to work on the SEO mate. we need a simple yet efficient way to get our website our there on the search engines. its a big deal because it is hard sometimes to crawl on yahoo and google etc. thanks and hope this helps with current or future updates.
mate i had a look at the mobile site. the page is too long. maybe we can have the featured restaurants on the main mobile page scroll right to left and then maybe have a link below it that says “load all featured restaurants” and this will show all the restaurants that a featured nice and neat on another page. we should have a filter to this also so customer can search for stores near them by zip code or country etc. and narrow down their search for their restaurant under the featured restaurants. by doing the right to left scroll with link we clean up the main mobile page and stop the long scroll. Also browse by Cuisine should be re-arranged to save space and cut the long-ness. it makes the page too long and not very friendly to customers who might leave due to the long scroll. I am sure there is a more functional function that can take all those cuisines and make them more functional and cut the long scrolling short. just trying to make the new theme more fun. thanks mate.
mate also on the browsing restaurants page it auto loads more restaurants. i tried to just see the footer but it kept auto loading more and more restaurants and i couldn’t see the footer of the page until it was done loading all the other restaurants. i think it is best we have a sign like ” load more restaurants” which customers can click to load more if they need it. this way it wont keep auto loading all the time. cheers
also we discussed adding the footer function where we can add more menu links and be able to move them on the bottom footer or move them to the top header menu. The top header have a generic menu links which should appear in the admin panel when trying to configure the header menu links and also the footer menu links. we should be able to move the header links and re-arrange via admin panel and add more menu links to it as needed. same for the footer as well. we should be able to create more columns and rows as need. thanks mate.
Hi mate. i think you need to seriously tackle the mobile app and order taking app especially the order taking app as the mobile site will be enough right now but for those of us who need to have our merchants be able to receive orders on their order taking app and be able to make changes to food orders, process them and have them delivered. For instance the app has to be swiped before it refreshes. i think it should auto refresh every set minutes and also we should be able to have drivers check out food ready for delivery which means we will also need a delivery driver section which must be tied to the order receiving(taking is a bit confusing) app. So this should be something we should have on tablets and big touch screens. by doing this in the future we can easily do a pos version and then viola. now we can take orders in store on tablets and then it will go to the back end on the order receiving end for processing then it will go to the delivery driver end when it is ready. Also please for the new theme we should definitely use a food tracker.
Also now that you have created an order receiving app. it makes sense to incorporate this. so most merchants use tablets now anyways for processing orders etc. i think you should find a way to incorporate a print service in the order receiving or taking app and also the future pos version. merchants will need to connect their pos version printers to their order taking or receiving app so they can print receipts in the back-end and front end when people create orders on the future pos or in the back-end when orders are received from online or from the front of the store.
Also I need additional featured restaurant block in my home screen, In footer bar contact no I want click to call option, and when click email I want to link my mail id. please let me know the solutions Thank you.

1.the duplicate is not copying the food items even if include food item is checked off.
2. for the new theme when on KFC or any merchant the picture background doesn’t belong to KFC should be able to choose different background for different merchant like i have it setup now
3. would it be possible on your new theme to have the checkout kart sticky on mobile
4. also the way i have my merchants most have pictures like Swiss chalet on your new theme could i have it setup the same way
in regards to remark #3 its very important lots of customers have problems ordering on mobile and 75% of customers visit mobile

The problem is if the menu is very long they have to do quit a bit of scrolling to find it 4. i would like to know how the sms works, when the merchant orders for sms credit, do they buy it, or does the order come to the admin for him to buy, and could you add a payment platform that does require an account perhaps voguepay.com.

the sms is a service offers by admin to merchant, merchant can buy sms credits and those sms credits will be deducted once the merchant using the sms

Basti, it says it is a FATAL ERROR. That’s not a PHP Notice. I would like to solve the problem so this error goes away. Please point me in the right direction. I know a little PHP. Just tell me where to look or what to create.

Basti , Please help , my website index.php was not working for some time say for 2 – 4 hours after that it started working automatically and after that none other like admin , browse restuarants, merchant is not working at all saying 404 errors ?? please help

Hi Busti, I just found out that the new theme of live preview looks great. Is it in the latest update, or in other previous updates? I googled around a little bit in those comments, and found out update 2.2 or 2.3. Where can I find all these updates, or I have to simply wait for notification email from the Envato market? I didn’t get any such email after I bought the scripts in mid Feb. Many thanks.

Hi, in the search by address results have restaurants they can not deliver to the address because they have a lower delivery distance coverage configured by the admin. Example : When the admin set Search within radius at 50 km all including and have merchants only deliver to 10km. I need to filter the results by Restaurant Delivery Distance Covered. how can I do it? Thanks

I understand that the set admin radius must be as high merchant delivery. No results appear trades have your delivery distance is less then they can not give their service. I think that only restaurants that can deliver would have to appear . example: . Admin set radius to 50 . merchant A set delivery to 50 . merchant B set delivery only to 10
The costumer stay at 35km, when looking for the B in the results that does not reach 50 and can not make the delivery. I think the result would have to check the delivery area of the restaurant. If the restaurant can not give the delivery service do not have to be listed.

Looks really good. I was making significant updates to the script myself, but it looks like your already on top of it in your new release. Although you still have not implemented Yii2 which is killer. I am trying to convert your code over. Its been a very painful task, however, in the end once accomplished, It will be updated with two things, 1) a full Yii2 implementation, and 2) a compatible wordpress plugin slash theme…. Although I am modifying this for vertical markets as On Demand Food is kind of last year. Great Work!!!!
