Hello, I have transfered my website to another server and it is not working now. All menu buttons: STAFF, PROJECTS, BILLING, SYSTEM SETUP, MANAGE… stop working and the software can not be used (only the header menu is loaded). I have changed the DB name, DB password….etc in config.ini.php with the correct parameters but nothing..it is not working as well. Can you help me please?

Did you update your install directory filed under admin configuration? From what you’re describing, css files are not loaded.
How to remove some of the available fields? I have created a few more in the process of training, and now I want to remove them.
There is no option to remove fields, since they might be linked to on or more forms, the only way it delete them manually from phpmyadmin under “estimator_fields” or “form_fields”

In messaging system only staff member assigned to a project will be notified, while in support system only owner (admin) will be notified. User will not see any of the names, except the Name of person replaying.

If the paynpment is automated (paid using gateway) you don’t need to do anything, otherwise, edit project invoice and just add payment record.

Once you create an invoice you can’t change the price, but you can add payment records. Always create invoice in full, than if you client pays partially, you can easily adjust the remaining balance by adding payment records.

Those are estimator forms and they are fully editable from admin panel. From manage menu oh can access forms. There are several icons, click on field to access form layout properties.

Click on Edit Fields Button. Each button has tooltip, so its easy to tell. From there you can edit existing, add or remove form fields. Also each page will have info (help) section to help you walk through

Try switching to SMTP mailer, sometimes hosting companies disable default php mailer.

1. Make a copy of /lang/en/ into/lang/ru/
2. Open up /lang/ru/lang.xml with any text editor, and translate language phrases, or you can do the same using built in Language Manager from admin panel.
3. Switch to your new language from a configuration page
I see. Font used in FM is google font, which does not support Cyrillic, you will need to use default system font, or some other Google font that supports Cyrillic character. To do that open up /themes/current theme/css/style.css and assign new font to body tag. Do the same for /admin/themes/current theme/css/style.css

Sorry, No social login is implemented, since it’s completely useless in this case. You will need lot more than just a username and email address from each of your clients.
As for your second question, you can redirect user to any service form on login. This will require some minor change, but I can help you with that if you decide to purchase it.

I’m looking for a tool to help manage a jewelry repair department. We get dozens of new jobs in a day and hand them off to different jewelers (sometimes outside vendors). We also get jobs in from our other locations. Can I customize this program and set it up for our employees to input and manage these jobs?
For starters I would need to rename “Projects” to “Jobs”. I would also need to be able to add the customer (and have it search previously entered customers for a match) very quickly and create a new repair under that customer. Job status also needs to be able to change very quickly. Sometimes each job has multiple people that need to work on it throughout its different stages.
I’m not really familiar with jewelry repair process, so I might not be able to answer your question fully. Renaming projects to Jobs, is easy part using language manager. You will be able to assign jobs or projects to your employees or staff members. Your client will be able to see the progress of each job, and they can also communicate with your staff or you using few different options. You can change project status, as well as assign one or more staff members per projects.
