how to make autplay with vimeo video ? (I using link + lightbox)

I am trying to make a vc_videocover shortcode autoplay a youtube video when a user clicks on the icon, so that when the youtube video opens in the overlay the video automatically plays without the user having to click on the play button. Here is the code:

I have tried it in many different combinations such as:

But nothing seems to work. I would really appreciate it if someone can offer me a solution.

FYI, the shortcode is embedded as a layer in Revslider.

Hi, The lightbox is working great for youtube; but the play button in lightbox is not clickable? The whole video box is clickable except the play button?

I am having text overflow with in the gradient box. Text on the right side are cut. Please help quickly

None of the boxes on your sample page look gradient at all, they are solid color.

I don’t understand or see the video cover in the example.
