I have this product and its so good. I would like to request for a new feature such that we can have storefront like open cart or other ecommerce to allow continuity for the whole process of stock management.

All the problems I have been having with this program was as a result of my service provider Hostgator, itested the product on several sub domains on my hostdepartment, and it worked fine. Hostgator has now fixed it, and i will be deleting the installations from the Hostdepartment, I love this software, it is awesome.

Hi,

I purchased your tool and installed it on my server, however I have a problem after installation.

When I add a purchase, I have a problem with the field “customer”. In fact, I try to add one, and this error occurs “Ajax request failed”.

Moreover, another error related to “ajax” I think. When I add a product, I see it on the summary of products, however when I click on one of the products, nothing happens, instead of having a listing of my product, I have a load to infinity.

I am André Soares, made ??the purchase of a php script, He did the installation and saw missing some folders to succeed. I discovered that one of these folders is the login. for the lack of a bit I do not know. I wonder where are the remaining files to use the system correctly

No, we don’t offer support for customisation and don’t provide support for modified versions unless paid support. You need knowledge of php and CI to modify the item as license allow you. Thank you

hi, i found the bug in stock management, if a product was purchased via PO, and edited this PO there is no problem, but if the product have sales already the PO will not be edited and the inventory will be missed up…

also the same for the sales, if you edit the sales or cancel it the amount will be doubled for returning it.

in any report of sale show the profit of list of sales product. i mean. if i know how much money I won per product.. no show the base price. and sales price in a report of sales… only show the quantity of sales in total. with the price normal..this is bad

many customers have asked me that. -> The only detail is in the sales report. should show profits for each product. Your software shows the total sales of the product. and not the details. for example. “product cost”. ‘product profit ”. “Total sales and profits of the product”

Hi, This app looks very nice :) If you could bring up 2-3 new things to it, it would be awesome!! 1. Manual and scheduled export of products (with stock, price, images and so on); 2. Integration with Magento and/or Prestashop. 3. A custom script wich will import in Magento/Prestashop store the export products from SMA.

Thank you for suggestion, You can save products list as csv/pdf but there is no option for images. We will add API feature after v3 resale and then will work on 3rd party software integration. Thanks again

Facing an error “The Sale Status field is required” and “The payment Status field is required” while selling a long list to customer. Both fields are selected but still when i submit sale order, error prompts on header. Please help!

Long list? Please check your php configuration file (php.ini) for max_input_vars and set it to higher number i.e, 10000.

I knew that, I just wanted to install same license for configuring before editing production one. I also found that id for menu (Email Templates) should be changed to “system_settings_email_templates” to let javascript activate it with (.active) class.

Yes, it will be fine for configure/test it and then move/install on production server. You no need purchase separate licenses for testing as you need 1 production use. If you need more then 1 production use then you will need to purchase different license for each production use. I will correct the menu id in next revision. Thank you

Hello, I have a lot of problem with the total of the virtual basket and the printing of the ticket. For the virtual basket my quantities are weights Kg—> three decimals. I modified the code source with parseFloat.to fixed(3) The problem comes from the calculation of centimes. In France the rule it’s:
  • Never round off the purchase price or the sale price
  • Round off all the Subtotal (sale price x quantity)
  • Never round off the big total. I hope you can fixed up this bug in a future update. It shall be interesting to have reports products by: Amount sold / by product with graph—> by day/week/month/year with graph Quantity sold / by product with graph—> by day/week/month/year with graph Amount sold / hours with graph – > for dayly sales Average basket – > total amount sold / number of ticket—> by day/week/month/year with graph A report products with rotation rate.

You can set decimals in system settings and can disable rounding in pos settings. You can check the sold product graph on products details page. Please have a look and let me know your thoughts. Thank you

i just tried to install the update to test it, there is a problem when using the search field, it keeps running with no result (only on products page), i have tested it on the modified version and the original version.. ya, by the way because i installed the script multible times today for testing my license is blocked :D can you please help in that… thanks

Hello, how to disable the discounts on POS?? i dont see that option in settings. or at least enable/disable depending User Groups

and for now? how to disable it.

i need to disable discount, how to do it, setting is not working, even if i select enable or disable still doing discount on POS.

As I told you before the settings have option to disable/enable products level discount not order level. I will add the option for order level discount in next revision. Thank you
