I have set up stock manager and configured it which is working properly.. i decided to move it into a production domain. database changes made in the sma folder.. when i try to access the domain .. it always points to my localhost..is there any place i can change the localhost.. to the domain?

Hi I am trying to add a product type (SERVICE) from the drop down box. But it dont seem to work. It wont allow you to add qty and when you try and add a sale under service it does not show up, it seems like the standard option unless there is a qty it wont show up when trying to use?
I am sorry as you can’t track service type products. You can change quantity on sale but there is no option to track these type of products. Thank you

I did not modify the code, all i did was re-install the program on another sub-domain, and point to the same database, is that a problem, I never wanted to create a new database. I was running the program on apps.mydomain.com/pos/dmm then changed it to dmm.mydomain.com/pos and used the same database that I installed it with for apps.mydomain.com/pos/dmm. Is this a problem, is this why I am getting server error 500, and the system settings are not being stored, neither is quantity for products,
Yes, that could be the reason, you should use same db with 2 installations 
I have an exiting sub domain with this installed on it, but each time I try to submit the payment for a POS sales, it crashes and gives me the following error “Server error 500”... Howe do i fix this, and i cant change the system settings either, it keep saying that the fields needs to be filled out. I need urgent help with this, I tried to create another site on my sub domain, and it keep asking for the purchase code and user name, and will not verify the registration. I need to urgently get this fixed.
If it is saying that field need to be filled out so please fill all the required fields and then try. If there is no option to select, you might need to add new record for such. Thank you

If it asking for default biller, add the biller first and then come back to settings to select the default biller.
the default biller is set, currency is set, its not storing anything

when i try to install the product on my sub domain, it keeps looping when I put in the purchase code and the Envato user name. What is causing this.
Might be slow connectivity or server load.
How do i fix this, I cannot install the product , it keeps asking for the User name and product code, and then it comes up with a Red Bar on the form.

I am trying to imports products but its giving me this error ‘Please check category code (). Category Code does not exist. Line No 2’.
I have tried by adding a new category and uploading just 1/2 products. have cleaned the whole database and started all over again. but nothing is working.
Please suggest what can be done. Have read the above threads too, but no help. I am running this application in localhost.
Hello, If there is no category code in error message that mean you csv file have issue, check that file us using correct encoding and is not being saved with BOM. Thank you
Thanks, sorted out now. Columns after subcategory were of no use to me so I removed them and was trying to make the upload. That was the reason why I was getting that error message.

You can set the user_expire in the sma/config/ion_auth.php to 0 for no expiration, the default is 86500 seconds. Thank you

60 means remember user only for 1 minute. Remember me will remember user on the computer, If session expired, it will log user in automatically. Remember me will be deleted with logout. Thank you

What is the issue, there are 2 items add the discount to each.If you are asking that there us 1 item with 2 quantity then no way, you can add 1 discount to all quantity.
