Also Support questions do not seem to be answered very quickly here (maybe it’s due to the holidays), but I’d hate to invest in a plugin where there is no/slow support or no quick product updates, especially when it comes to eCommerce.

A pre-sale question: So a user A buys a gift card for 100$ then send it to a friend user B, then user B redeems gift card for money cash out to their paypal account for 90$ which the 10$ (10 %) is the commission charged by host (site).

Is this possible with the plugin for user to redeem their gift card with money via paypal? and can we set what is our commission % which we will charge for those cash outs?

As you can the giftcard amount is 100 kr., however the amount in the basket is 50 kr. – meaning there is a problem with how it is added to the basket.

Can you take a look and let me know how we can fix this?

If a buyer is purchasing for someone else can the buyer select the date the gift card is emailed to the recipient?

I am testing out a $20 gift card—everything says $20 throughout the purchase, but when I enter the gift code, it discounts $21.42. I can’t seem to find a solution to this. What gives? Thank you

One more issue…if the customer doesn’t use the entire amount at one time, it doesn’t allow them to use the remaining balance. Any fix for this as it is a big issue…

Hi, How can the customer purchasing the gift certificate see the number of the certificate? It’s not showing in the email they receive or in the back end on the order details. Also, the person receiving the gift has no idea how much it’s for. Any fix or workaround for this? I have the latest version installed. Thanks, Kelly

I have pre-sale question to make sure the plugin will work in my woo shop, which hopefully you can answer for me.

• I need to manually create gift codes (I won’t be using the gift-product, because I want to send a physical giftcard designed by ourselves).
• When applying the gift card, will it cover all: product value, fee’s, tax, shipping? Ans will there be a balance on the code if they didn’t use the whole value at once? For example:
• Gift card value is 25,-

• Products = 10,-
• Shipping = 5,-
• Fee = 1,-
• Subtotal = 16,- (incl. 2,78 VAT)
• REDEEM GIFTCARD = -16
• Order total = 0,- (inc. 0,- VAT)

• Giftcard balance after this order is 9,-

Just found a major bug with the latest version.

If a user purchases 3 x £10 gift vouchers, the user gets charged £30, which is fine. However, the user then recieves only one email, with three voucher codes in, all worth £30 each! So for £30 they are recieving £90 worth of vouchers.

Can you set predefined prices for the one item. I noticed in your images you have 4 gift cards with different prices but I’d like to save on clutter and have the user select the price (from a drop down predefined list) from just one ‘product’ and add it to their cart.

I have an issue in the back end of wordpress when I go to “add giftcard”, i fill in all the details and then fill in the name and email details to send a free gift card to loyal customers but the gift card is never received.
