I really like your plugin and want to purchase it. In my case I’ll first use this plugin in my development site and then I’ll move it on live. Domain of the development site and live site is diffrent. As your plugin is single site plugin how can I use this plugin in my development and live sites ?
If I remove plugin from my development site and install it on my live site, then will it work ?

Hi I am having a issue… After clicking order or preorder button in product preview, i go in 404 page. the url of 404 page is “www.mysite.xyz/products-page/null” The button work if plugin is deactivated, and not work with fifteen theme too. Can you help me?

Only pre-order items can be in cart at same time.
Can you explain where in your code is the function that limits only to preorder so I can allow both?

I have issue with your plugin i have website with name farmfreshshop.com, when i click enable your plugin the button is the label “book your mangos” when i click the button it will generate ajax button to go to cart its route to 404 page if your plugin is activated, if i deactivate your plugin that button will work fine and route me to cart page,

Hi, we just purchased these plugin however it won’t allow a customer to add a pre order product to the cart along with an in-stock item.
I see in the comments above that this is possible – it is the only reason we purchased this.

Pre order product can’t be in same cart with regular products. It will create confusion.
ok there’s clearly a comment thread above where it states it is possible.
It is not confusing for our wholesale customers. many of them order pre-ordered products along with regular products.
Bigcommerce can handle this so not sure why this plugin cannot.
We would request a refund then as this is the only reason we purchased this plugin. it is useless to us without this option.
Hi, i see you haven’t updated the plugin in a while. i was actually very interested in buying it but it doesn’t seem to be compatible with WC 2.5.1 (latest version as of today).
I’m also wondering if it’s possible to add some sort of “pre-order status” when the product is out of stock

I have been using your plugin for some time, and it works great. But my website is multilingual (with WPML), and the last update for Woocommerce Multilingual (3.7.13) is not apparently compatible with Prepurchase : when I update WooMulti and Prepurchase is activated, every page in the site (including admin pages) become blank (and wp-debug is of no help). If I update WooMulti with Prepurchase deactivated, everything is fine, but as soon as I activate it, the site becomes blank again. Could you maybe look into it, see what’s causing the problem ? I might not be the only one with that issue, and it seems that it renders nul one of your selling point – that your plugin is translation-ready.

Unable to replicate the issue on our test servers. It might be an issue with wpml plugin.

Hi, quick question. If I have two different products that are in a PrePurchase state, can they both be added to cart? Or is there a limit to only one SKU per Pre-Purchase?
For example, I want the following:
SKU-A (Available) SKU-B (PrePurchase) SKU-C (PrePurchase)
If customer adds SKU-A + SKU-B to get error “cart has been emptied” If customer adds SKU B + SKU-C add to PrePurchase cart and ship when ready.
Is this possible with our plugin?

yes, it’s possible with the plugin. Prepurchaseable items are handled separately.
The from email address for the email confirmations is coming from wordpress@ – I can’t seem to find where to change this. I have a completely different email for the wordpress admin side so I don’t know where it’s getting this address from.

Hi I’m interested in purchasing this plugin to use as holding a security deposit via paypal. Can you please let me know if it’s possible to charge $1 then hold a security deposit of say $400. Then the admin needs to be able to cancel the $400 should the products be returned.
The plugin doesn’t supports partial deposits. Payment are either made on availability date or before availability date.
I have installed the plugin, and activate the Charge Me Later payment gateway. But when checkout an preorder item it shows “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”. Also no email with cart link is received when item availability date changed.
Please on the plugin settings page, make sure the payment settings is set to upfront payment.
But it doesn’t show the Charge Me Later payment gateway option in checkout page, even change the settings from Availability date payment to upfront payment. It directly confirm the pre-orders when choose the credit card checkout ( i have already installed Telr payment gateway ) and no email notification is received.
Also one thing, i want the customer to pay only when the item is available, but when the setting is changed to upfront payment it doesn’t meet my requirement.
- The email templates do not replace all variables (it’s simply missing in the code).
- Once a product becomes available the prepurchaser should be emailed. I don’t think this is going to happen unless a special crafted URL for your shop is called. If was unable to identify a proccedure that calls this URL.
- Once the availability date is reached, the Preorder button should revert back to normal behaviour. This also doesn’t work.
- What happens is the product becomes available early? If you simply uncheck the “prepurchase” box, nobody will be informed.
- Is this documented somewhere?
- Is the behaviour of the fulfilment process described somewhere?
I opened two support tickets before christmas and did’t get any reply until now.
Should the author give support ? Waiting since 3 days and no answer. Opened a refund ticket.
Plugin don’t work. Author don’t answer to support request. Very bad experience here. Warning with this product. Time and money losted.

Hi, you can either select upfront or charge me later. But if you want to use both, you’ll have to make slight amendments to the plugin code.
