I have to say I am not sure how you got the Plugin rating of nearly 4.5 stars given the comments I read here….
In my case I purchased for the PDF creation function so we could give a nice presentation of the survey to our clients. However as with the Print Summary on the main plugin, the “design elements” such as Titles and fields that use the Rich text editor, are not included in the PDF output. Design elements are in fact essential to enable the user to fully understand the results.
Without title and explanations the PDF export of the survey is completely meaningless, and seriously I think the implication when buying the plugin is that this is somehow better than the output from the standard plugin….but no, its the same….
I have never done this in all my time with themeforest, but I think the sale of a plugin that doesn’t do the basics that your would expect is borderline fraudulent, and I have to make a complaint to them about this. The fact its only a few dollars is not the issue, as with other users who have purchased, we just want a plugin that actually works as promoted.

FYI we have PHP Max Input Vars: set at 25000

This plugin works fine except for the new elements added to version 2.6 of the main plugin. We are releasing an update soon to add this feature.

There is a serious problem with the support of this item, they’re selling a product that doesn’t work and they are not helping in the support, my clients need to export their data (the reason why i BUY this plugin) and has been a lot of time promising an update and nothing happens, the official support channel is abandoned and i don’t know what to do

You can export to CSV all elements. But reports work only for Multiple Choice Questions and Feedback Elements.
How can I disable the user notification email ?

Simply blank out the sent from email from Form Builder > Results & email > User Notification.
The exporter doesn’t export Multiple Choice Questions and also Text input fields. Any Idea why or how to fix this? I really need help with this, Thanks!

I found out that the Questions not being exported are the Checkbox Questions and not the multiple Opstions, although they have the same funktionallity. Would you please be so kind to help me. It is really important.

Sorry for the delay. Exporting reports only work with Multiple Choice Questions and Feedback Elements. But you can export to CSV and generate graphs yourself.
