I am interested in this product. One thing is not clear though and I wanted to check first.
With this add-on, is it possible to export the quiz results in a such a way that I can sort by the selections? For example, if 10 people completed a quiz and 4 selected “option 1” and the other 6 selected “option 2”, can I see who select what and sort the columns in excel?

Hi, I am using your plugin (fsqmpro) to make a quiz with thumbnails. When exported to CSV with this plugin, I get the error message: Invalid Callback for CSV Export: thumbselect.
I see at the comment and forum that another user got the similar error with another quiz type.

Hello, I just bought the fsqmpro plugin which is really great. I managed to set up a form in no time. I didn’t even need to spend time reading the documentation. Having said that, I just wanted to point out that to me it’s not fair to pay for the exporter because I can’t imagine how the plugin can be used without the exporter. For better transparency regarding your pricing policy, I would suggest both come into a bundle. Best regards.

With the inbuilt tool for reports and analysis it is possible to get the report online. But if you want to take the reports offline, then the exporter comes into play. So it makes sense to us to separate the module.

This update was necessary for the coming exporter addon. We have had some difficulty generating graphs for the new elements and we needed some help. Hopefully this time everything would work.

Hi there, my client is very excited about your plugin. We use it to collect information about insurance and it works like a charm. What we do miss though is the option to export 1 submission to XLSX. It would be sweet (and pretty much necessary to my client) to generate a XLSX of a single submission. Maybe you could add a “generate XLSX” button once clicked on the “quick preview” button under “View all submissions”, so, like this:
View all submissions -> Quick preview -> Generate XLSX (the “print” button is already there, so the data is too, it seems like we’re SO close, but yet so far;))

I need to know if there is a way i can change the values of scale ratings that comes after Exporting my form.
Right now i get for Scale ratings this:
a rank number from #1-#4 and a value from 1-4. First of all i dont need the rank number and can i change the value instead of 1-4 to something like:
“great”“good”“not bad”-“bad” so this is displayed ind the PDF insted of the the numbers? while each of those standing for a value.
great=4; good=3; not bad=2; bad=1;
Or is there a way i can change how the image is generated? So that bellow the scales theres not the ranking but much rather one of the above mentioned values.

Hi, I tried to export a report from my survey and the first section of my survey is a smile rating options but when I try to export the report in this section doesn´t appear and in CSV mode in the smilerating column this error is shown : Invalid Callback for CSV Export: smileyrating. What can be wrong!? I checked all prerequisites for this plugin and I have all of them. Thanks in advance!

May I ask how you are exporting and why from our demo site?
I tried exporting by going to Dashboard > Export Report then Generate Report then choose PDF. After downloading the file I checked the document on my pdf reader and saw those codes.
We were trying to create survey forms then export the results to try the plugins before purchasing.

Looks like someone fiddled with the exporter settings. I have removed those pages so that no one can edit them in future. If you try it now, then you wont see that text. It is just that, you can put whatsoever in the header and footer area of the PDF.

OK.. I found there is an incompatibility between “FSQM Pro” and “Theme My Login” with this error string: “Fatal error: Call to a member function get_page_permastruct() on a non-object in /home/openring/public_html/MR-FriuliVG.com/blog/wp-includes/link-template.php on line 358”.

Every fields are actually in different row. In the MS Excel Software, you need to set the CSV delimiter to comma (,) and enclosure to quote (“).

I’d like my users to complete a multi-choice the answer to each question has two aspects – Correctness AND Confidence. Each answer choice is scored according to whether they feel it is correct / incorrect and their confidence with the answer; for example. The literal translation of Namaste is “I bow to you” 1) Yes – I’m sure of this 2) Yes – I think so, but am not certain 3) Don’t know 4) No – I don’t think so, but I’m not certain 5) No – I’m sure it is not. According to their answers for a group of questions on each topic I’d like to calculate an index of their knowledge of a certain topic and also an index of their confidence with each topic. The results of several such questions are added together for each topic and the overall value of each index used to advise them about their progress with the topic. Different index values triggering different stock comments for each topic area. The results also displayed graphically where the correctness index and the confidence index for topic are shown. You’d need to edit each submission from WP Admin > FSQM Pro > View all Submission and save. It will force the system to recalculate the score.

Exporting to csv is the option. You can select just the email field while exporting.
I, im’using fsqm plugin on my site but I’ve had a problem wuth submission.
This is the error:
TextStatus: parsererror HTTP Error: SyntaxError: Unexpected token W
The submission appears correctly in admin panel but the error is shown when one submits the form.

How can I export only emails of people from forms? I am trying to solve this problem but I dont see only option for email. It can be exported using csv but it exports so many other things so it is hard to copy emails from that csv. I have over 30.000 different emails on forms, so please help with some solution.
P.S. My company bought from their official account FSQM pro, we buyed fsqm reports and submissions. Just because of support with you guys.
