Hi! I’m running WooCommerce with your plugin. All is working well, except for the giftcards not sending to the ‘recipient’s email’. All other mails (WooCommerce order confirmations by example) are sent and received.
I also tried installing a SMPT plugin, but with no luck. A test mail via this plugin did get sent succesfully.

Hi, never mind! I figured it out.
What was causing it was the fact that this web store allows Bank Transfers, but I wasn’t aware the gift card is only being sent as soon as the order is completed.
Another question I have is regarding the mini cart. Our customers should be allowed to enter their own amount, but I have to set a ‘regular price’ in order for the gif card to show up properly on the website. However, the mini cart shows the amount I entered at ‘regular price’ and not the amount of the gift card that was entered. Is there a way to make this happen?

So the default.mo and default.po files are not working. The error code is “Invalid MO format”. So dear Scopes please fix this, i have not time to wait 1 year. I dont know why you ignore my questions? I have payed for this F**ng plugin i send you my money and you ignore me. WTF are you for a human? When i translate the default.po file this will not shown on my backend, it still shows in English but i am not from Africa or USA where English is spoken, you understand me now? If you dont fix this, i will contact envato and i will my money back. I pay not for plugins they not working. And this is the last plugin i ever buy from you. Shame on you!!!!

I put the shortcode into my gift card page. I checked the checkmark in the gift card settings page. I updated the gift cards. I still see this on my gift card page: “There are no gift vouchers yet.”
Please can you help me solve the issue?

hi i have just a question. What happens when the user buy a giftcard with Bank Transfer? When the User has send money on my bank account then i will activate it on woocommerce as purchased and then the other user will become a E-Mail with the purchased Code? Will this User become the E-Mail immediately or after i set Order completed. I hope you understand my question. Thanks
If a user makes payment using Bank Transfer, after confirming payment all you need to do is change the status of the order to completed and the user will receive the email with the coupon code.

Does the email sender use the domains Email? Wouldn’t the gift card code end up in junk mail of receiver more than likely then get deleted after 10 days because most email providers do that. Is there a way i can get it to send these codes automatically using my gmail Email? Thanks ill buy if i can get that resolved.
It uses the domain email but if you install a free smtp plugin, you can have it being sent using your gmail

On the gift settings page you need to enable the gift cards to show on the gift page. Please note that when this settings is updated, all previously created gift cards, needs to be updated as well.
OK I’ve solved by changing the dates of the cards from appearing, and created a new page for cards. Thank you. Another question: Would it be possible to mandate the email recipient? Thank you

You need to update the already published gift card products.
I have set this up according to the screenshots you offered, but the coupon page is showing ‘No vouchers have been set up yet’
Is this a bug or is there some detail missing in setup?

I went through the doc ‘properly’. Perhaps you should check it for completeness and up date it. The settings are not where you show in the screenshots. Your documentation is very shallow.
That being said, I have set everything up, including adding a gallery image and still no images show on the coupon page. It merely shows ’ Showing all 4 results” and not showing the images or any way to click on nor order a gift card. What mysterious setting do you have to actually make the images appear?
Also, I put the short code after my sales message, but it is attempting to display above the sales message. Do you have a fix for that?
