The information for tracking would be displayed on the shippers site. The plugin only helps you display the tracking information and create a dynamic link to shippers tracking page.
Can you please reply to emails? I’ve sent you a request several times and more than a month ago…

Have checked the links you sent. But we cannot create a dynamic link for Hermes Germany. What we can do is add the tracking page url. so customer would be redirect to the site.

Sorry for delay in reply.
1. Can you send the tracking numbers that we can test with for these couriers.
2. Yes if we are not able to make the dynamic links we can add the links to site’s tracking page.
3. and 4. We suggest you enter the tracking details and then mark the order complete as then it sends the details in email. And any email you send after adding the tracking number will contain them.

You can create a language file to edit the text. As for adding the courier can you please send us the tracking number so we can try it out.
