I would like to use your Subscription plugin on our home page because of the great feature where it slides out while the user is paging down.
However the amount of Info I need to capture is Significantly more than what you have. For example please look at ;
http://codecanyon.net/item/membership-manager-pro/full_screen_preview/91421and click the Register tab at the top right. This is what we need to capture and have the ability for the user to pick the city etc from a droplist.
Is there some way of achieving this ?

Hi, I have set up the plugin, I submitted a test name and it went through fine. I have tried again today and found that it is not working properly. Within the statistics page it shows that i have only 1 subscription but when i downloaded the CSV it shows a lot more, they all say Provider Response Successful No. I have now tried to submit another test name but it keeps failing. Please advise
not sure what i have just changed but it seems to be working now

hi, it has statitistics that can be exported to CSV but all other answers are NO. It’s site wide, not shortcode based plugin. It’s only in sidebar, no popups or bars

Plugin looks great ! However it creates a display bug on my website – the menu of my theme gets moved a bit lower. It only happens when the NKS plugin is activated.
How can we work together to fix this bug ?

Hey there again! I wrote in earlier about some support for the Ninja Kick Subscription plugin re. my mobile version. Just to clarify, my site is @ CrazyVeganKitchen.com If you visit it on your mobile, you will see that the logo is cut off by the navigation menu. However, it is NOT the mobile navigation menu causing the issue, because the logo does not cut off when I disable Ninja Kick Subscription.
I think the solution to fix this is just to edit some code for the Ninja Kick plugin? Just something to tell the plugin to ‘push’ down the content by a few pixels so the logo doesn’t cut off.

Hey there! I just bought Ninja Kick Subscription and absolutely LOVE the plugin! Thank you for creating this awesome product. I just have one small issue I hope you can help me with. If you visit my site crazyvegankitchen.com on my mobile, you’ll see that the logo is being cut off at the top by the menu. This is not the menu plugin’s fault as, when I deactivate Ninja Kick, the logo gets ‘pushed down’ enough so that it doesn’t cut off. Is there a way I can edit Ninja Kick to ask it to push the content down by a few pixels so it doesn’t get cut off by the menu when activated?

Hi Thanks for a great plugin but have ran in to a slight issue. I’m getting an Invalid argument supplied for foreach() error every 15 mins or so. It seems to affect this file /wp-content/plugins/NKS-subscription/ settings.php any ideas on how to solve this issue would be very welcome. Thanks Art

Hi, I just bought and upload to plugin folder and extract it. After install , this plugin make my page shown error.
The apps do not have the effect slider, slide from the left side.. it just keep still on top of the page and big blank gap below this plugin before my main page.. please solve it out.

I am trying to unzip purchase from themeforest when I try to unzip gives error “Do you want to copy this folder without encryption? A problem is preventing this folder from being encrypted.” I have hit yes to all. Inside the wordpress admin I have uploaded the second ZIP file found inside the NKSUB.1.3.5 version folder named “NKS-subscription” once uploaded I get an error.
Am I doing something wrong?

Yes, it’s valid way to install. What’s error message? You can try another browser or install via FTP. Also installation can be broken because of another plugins and WP aborts installation to avoid critical errors in case of duplication (plugin uses API of mailing services that can be used by another plugins also)

I have tried on different browsers and was able to upload the plugin by FTP.
When I try to access the plugin under settings / NK Subscription it tries to load a page xxxx/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=nk-sub-options and gives me an error “The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.”
I am using Godaddy as my host.

I have purchased both the Ninja Kick: Subscription WordPress Plugin and WordPress Contact Form, and want them to have a consistent appearance.
I’m having difficulty customising the following items in the Subscription plugin, would you please advise:
1. Main Header Text. How do I stop this forcing all caps so it is in lower case?
2. Shape of the fill-in fields. How do I make this rectangular with no border?
3. Submit Button How do I change this to be a plain rectangular SUBSCRIBE button (white text on black background)?

Social icons are using different approach because SUbscription plugin was developed later. Unfortunatelly I don’t have quick solution for this

1. Is there a way to match the fonts used in the email form? Maybe CSS?
2. The ‘SUBSCRIBE’ button is very dark and difficult to read, it is also wider than the input fields. Is there a way change the text colour and also the size?
