Simple and efficient.
THE BRILLIANT: The form is punchy, sexy, quick, and set up is simple with plenty of options to make the form your own. Support is quick, and effective each time I've contacted them. I give them 5 stars for this alone!!!
THE OK: You can turn on/off name/phone/address fields, but cannot add custom fields. A bit of a downer if you want to collect additional fields, but not required if you're creating a standard subscribe form.

Works amazingly and looks beautiful!
I sent couple emails each one with a different issues and till now no response.
Just for the poeple who is will to buy this plugin keep in mind you will be facing a very poor customer care and delay as well.
